المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة الحالية للتيقن من الملاحظات التي يتداولها أصحاب القرار في المنظومة الرياضية الفلسطينية حول ضعف أداء الأعلام الرياضي اتجاه الأحداث الرياضية المحلية في فلسطين، بما يتناسب مع حجم وصدى الفعاليات الرياضية على الصعيد الخارجي، وكان من أبرزها وصول فلسطين إلى المشاركة القارية في أستراليا 2015، وهو حدث تاريخي حقق ما عجزت السياسة عن تحقيقه لصالح القضية الفلسطينية من خلال استراتيجية المفاوضات.
بنيت الدراسة على استخدام المنهج الوصفي المقارن عبر تحليل المضمون الكمي والكيفي للصحف الفلسطينية، واختيرت العينة تبعا للأطياف السياسية المساهمة في صنع القرار الفلسطيني، وهي صحف القدس، الحياة الجديدة، فلسطين بواقع ثلاثين ملحق منفصل أو داخلي في الصحف الثلاثة، حيث تم تصميم استمارة خاصة تبعا لأسئلة الدراسة والفئات الملائمة للأهداف.
وقد دلت النتائج على شيوع استخدام الخبر الصحفي على حساب باقي الألوان، واعتماد الوكالات الأجنبية كمصدر للمعلومات، كذلك وجود أثر لحالة الانقسام السياسي على تعامل الصحف مع المساحات المخصصة للمحافظات الشمالية والجنوبية، كما أكدت النتائج تركيز الصحف على كرة القدم، والصورة الإخبارية والشخصية، إضافة لانخفاض نسبة الاهتمام بالرياضة المدرسية واللاعبين في المحافظات الشمالية تحديدا.
وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أبرزها ضرورة وضع خطة تطويرية للإعلام الرياضي، تعتمد على الإعداد المهني للإعلاميين العاملين في الصحافة المكتوبة، وتطوير أدوات الاعلام بما يمكنه من أحداث تغيير في اتجاهات الرأي العام الفلسطيني نحو الرياضة وإنجازات المنتخبات والاتحادات بما يتوافق مع إنجازات الدبلوماسية الرياضية في الخارج.


The current study aims to ascertain the observations of decision-makers in the Palestinian sports system about the poor performance of the sports media towards local sporting events in Palestine that commensurate with the volume and resonance of sporting events at the external level. One of the most notable was Palestine reaching continental participation in Australia in 2015. It was a historical event that achieved what the policy failed to achieve in favour of the Palestinian cause through the negotiation strategy.
The study relied on using a comparative descriptive approach by analyzing the quantitative and qualitative content of Palestinian newspapers. The study selected a sample according to the political spectrum contributing to Palestinian decision-making. These are Al-Quds, Al-Hayat Al-Jadeeda, and Palestine with 30 separate or internal attachments in the three newspapers. The study designed a special questionnaire according to study questions and categories suitable for the goals.
The results have shown that the press news over other kinds and foreign agencies are relied upon as a source of information. There is also an impact of political division on the handling of newspapers with the areas allocated to the northern and southern governorates. The results also confirmed that newspapers focus on football, news and personal image, in addition to the low percentage of interest in school sports and players, in the northern governorates specifically.
The study came out with a set of recommendations, most notably the need to make a development plan for sports media that depends on the professional preparation by media professionals working in the written press. The development of media tools to make it possible to change the attitudes of Palestinian public opinion towards sport and the achievements of teams and federations in line with the achievements of sports diplomacy abroad.
