|a على الرغم من الفوائد الجمة التي يمكن جنيها من وراء إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية، إلا أن العديد من المنظمات العامة لم نتمكن بعد من تحقيق أقصى استفادة ممكنة من تطبيقها بالمقارنة بالمنظمات الخاصة. في هذا السياق تأتي الدراسة الحالية لكي تركز على مدى أهمية تطبيق إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية في القطاع الحكومي باعتبارها أداة إصلاحية فعالة، وذلك من خلال إلقاء الضوء على المفاهيم والعناصر المختلفة لإدارة المعرفة، إضافة إلى تناول الجوانب والأبعاد المتعددة للحكومة الإلكترونية وعلاقتها بعمليات إدارة المعرفة على وجه التحديد، بالتطبيق على إحدى مؤسسات القطاع الحكومي المصري والمتمثلة في وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات.

|f Despite the great benefits that can be accrued from organizational knowledge management, many public organizations have not yet been able to make the maximum benefit of their application in comparison to private organizations. In this context, the present study focuses on the importance of implementing organizational knowledge management in the public sector as an effective reform tool. This is by shedding light on the various concepts and elements of knowledge management, in addition to addressing the multiple dimensions and aspects of e-government and its relation to knowledge management processes specifically.
