المستخلص: من أهم الموضوعات والقضايا التي تهم كل مسلم مثقف واع بما يدور حوله من أزمات ومشاكل أمته، تلك التحديات التي تواجه أداة التواصل والحوار في صورته الجديدة مع الغير، ألا وهو الخطاب الإسلامي، فمن المعلوم أن الدين الإسلامي جاء ليحقق مصالح الناس ويدفع عنهم المضار والمفاسد في كل مكان وزمان، وقد تناولت في هذا البحث الموجز أهم تلك التحديات التي تواجه الخطاب الإسلامي المعاصر، وقد اتبعت في دراسة هذه التحديات منهجاً يجمع بين الاستقراء والتتبع والتحليل بغية سبر أغوار هذه التحديات والوصول إلى النتائج المرضية حولها. ودراسة هذا البحث يحقق جملة من الأهداف أهمها: تنبيه هذه الأمة، وإيقاظها بخطورة هذه التحديات، وإظهاراً للحاجة الملحة والضرورية لإيجاد السبل والطرق الكفيلة لإزاحتها والتقليل من خطرها، وإشعاراً للأمة بمسئوليتها تجاهها... إلخ. كما ينبغي التركيز على دراسة فقه النوازل والأوليات، وفقه درء المفسدة، وفقه المآل لإيجاد حلول جذرية وأنية لأزمات الأمة.

Of the most important topics and issues of concern to every Muslim cultured conscious with what goes on around him of crises and problems of the nation , these challenges is a tool of communication and dialogue in its new with others , namely the Islamic discourse , it is well known that the Islamic religion came to serve the interests of the people and pay them the disadvantages and evils in every place and time , have addressed this in the brochure that the most important challenges facing the contemporary Islamic discourse , has been followed in the study of these challenges, an approach that combines induction and tracking and analysis in order to explore the depths of these challenges and to reach satisfactory results around. This research study and achieve a number of objectives, including: alert of this nation, and awakened the seriousness of these challenges, and demonstrate the need for urgent and necessary to find ways and means to dislodge and reduce the danger, and a notice of its responsibility towards the nation... etc. It should also focus on the study of jurisprudence stalactites and priorities, and the jurisprudence of warding off evil, and the jurisprudence of money to find radical solutions to the crises and the vessels of the nation.
