هذا البحث يُقدّم لفتةً مهمةً لسببٍ عمَّت به البلوى في عصرنا الحديث، وهذا السبب ظاهرٌ ومعروف في عدم فهم نصوص الشريعة فهماً عامّاً شموليّاً يُحَقِّقُ مراد الشارع في الوقائع. ولعلّ من أهم أسباب التطرف اليوم، هو الوقوف على النص الجزئي فهماً جزئيّاً دون مراجعته وفهمه في ضوء كليّات الشريعة ومبادئها العامة، لأن النص الجزئي في وقته – وقت تشريعه من النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) - مناسبٌ للواقعة التي شُرِّعَت لأجله، ولا يمكن القول بتطبيق النصوص الجزئية بشكل آلي دونما النظر إلى مآلها وفقاً للظروف الناشئة. وهذا هو عين وداء التطرُّفِ والغلو، والسبب في حوصلة الشريعة عندهم في نصوص خاَصة تُطَبَّقُ في جميع الوقائع دون النّظر إلى مآل كل واقعة، فالشرع كلٌّ لا يتجزأ بأجزائه عن غيره. وبمعنى آخرَ، هل يمكن للواقع أن يُنشيء أدلة جديدة، والأدلة كما نعلم (كتاب وسنة وإجماع) فكيف ينشيء أدلة جديدة يجب مراعاتها، بوجود ما ذُكِرَ من أدلَّة. هذا ما سنناقشه في البحث إن شاء الله، وما وُجد قليل من كَثِير، وضعفٌ من علم وَفِير، ونسأل الله أن ينفع به البادي والحاضر، وأن يجعله سبباً لتطير الظاهر والباطن، فهو حسبنا ونعم الوكيل، وإليه دائماً نفزعُ في القليل والكثير، ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله العليّ العظيم.
