هدف المقال إلى عرض احتفالية جامعة الدول العربية بالعدد المائة من مجلة مستقبل التربية العربية والتي تصدر عن المركز العربي للتعليم والتنمية، وأوضح المقال الكلمات الافتتاحية والتكريم ثم استعرض ندوتين، ناقشت الندوة الأولى مستقبل التعليم العربي من منظور الجودة، وافتتح الندوة الأستاذ الدكتور محب الرافعي، وشارك فيها عشرون عالما من مصر والوطن العربي، ومن أهم القضايا التي دار حولها النقاش هي التصنيفات الدولية وما فيها من ظلم لجامعاتنا المصرية، وأهمية مراعاة استراتيجية التعلم عن بعد، وتطبيق المعايير العالمية للجودة، والتشارك بين الجامعات، والتعليم التطبيقي. وتناولت الندوة الثانية موضوع بعنوان نحو مرصد لتقييم البحث العلمي، وافتتح هذه الندوة الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد شوقي، وشارك في الندوة عدد كبير من العلماء وأثيرت فيها قضايا هامة ومنها واقع البحث العلمي والآراء المختلفة لتصحيح مساره، وتراجع التفكير القومي والعروبي، والاهتمام بدراسات الرأي العام التربوي، والقدرات التنافسية والبحث العلمي. وبعد الندوتين أعلنت سعادة السفيرة مايسة الهاشمي نائب رئيس منظمة السلام والتنمية إنها تشرف على تدشين الاتحاد العربي للعمل الإنساني والتنمية المستدامة. وأشارت السفيرة مايسة أن هناك جهودا مشهودة على مستوى منظمات المجتمع المدني والأفراد في مجال العمل الإنساني. وأكد الحضور على دعمهم الكامل للاتحاد من خلال مشاركتهم بآرائهم. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018
The aim of the article was to present the celebration of the League of Arab States with the 100th issue of the magazine "Future of Arab Education", which is published by the Arab Center for Education and Development. Moreover, the article explained the opening words and honor and then reviewed two seminars,. The first seminar discussed the future of Arab education from a quality perspective. The seminar was opened by Prof. Moheb Al-Rafai, and participated by twenty scientists from Egypt and the Arab world. Among the most important issues that have been discussed are international classifications and the injustices in our Egyptian universities, taking into account the importance of the distance learning strategy, application of global quality standards, sharing of universities, and applied education. Furthermore, the second symposium dealt with a topic entitled towards an observatory to evaluate scientific research, and Prof. Dr. Ahmed Shawky opened the seminar, and a large number of scientists participated in the seminar and raised important issues, including the reality of scientific research and different views to correct its course, as such the decline of national and Arab thinking, and attention to studies of educational public opinion, competitiveness and scientific research. After the two seminars, Ambassador Maisa Al Hashemi, Vice President of the Organization for Peace and Development, announced that she is honored to inaugurate the Arab Union for Humanitarian Action and Sustainable Development. Also, Ambassador Maisa noted that there are remarkable efforts at the level of civil society organizations and individuals in the field of humanitarian work.
