المستخلص: وجد في هذا العصر كثير من المستجدات الفقهية تبعا للتطور العلمي المعاصر، ومن هذه المستجدات ما يتعلق بأحكام المفطرات المعاصرة، وعليه اخترت البحث في هذا الموضوع، وربطت بين الأصالة والمعاصرة، وذلك من خلال بيان أثر قاعدة اليقين لا يزول بالشك في هذه المستجدات الفقهية، و قسمت البحث إلى قسمين: القسم الأول: قاعدة اليقين لا يزول بالشك، وقد تطرقت فيها إلى معنى القاعدة، وأدلة ثبوتها، ثم بينت أهمية هذه القاعدة، وحقيقة مخالفة المالكية لبعض فروع هذه القاعدة، وختمت هذا المبحث ببعض تطبيقات هذه القاعدة.
القسم الثاني: المفطرات المعاصرة، وأثر قاعدة اليقين لا يزول بالشك في هذه المفطرات المعاصرة، وقد خصصت هذه المفطرات بالمفطرات الطبية التي تتعلق بالبخاخ، والقطرات، والحقن، والعلاجات التي توضع على الجلد " لما لهذه القاعدة من أثر بين في أحكام هذه المستجدات، فبدأت بمسألة بخاخ الربو، ثم بخاخ الأنف وقطرته، ثم قطرة العين، ثم قطرة الأذن وغسولها، وبعدها الحقن العلاجية الجلدية والعضلية والوريدية، وختمت هذا القسم بالدهونات، والمراهم، واللصقات العلاجية التي توضع على الجلد.

There have been many jurisprudential developments in this era according to contemporary scientific development. Among these developments are the provisions of contemporary invalidators of the fast. Therefore, I chose to research this subject and linked the originality and the contemporary, through the statement of the impact of the rule that certainty cannot be overruled by doubt in these jurisprudential development. I have divided the research into two section: the first section is about the rule of “certainty cannot be overruled by doubt”, and in this I have dealt with the meaning of the rule and the evidence of its certainty, and then explained the importance of this rule and the fact that al-Maalikis violated some of the branches of this rule. I have concluded this section with some implementation of this rule.
The second section: contemporary invalidators of the fast, and the effect of the rule of certainty cannot be overruled by doubt in these contemporary invalidators of the fast, and specified these fast invalidators with medical fast invalidators related to the sprays, droplets, injections, and treatments applied on the skin because of this rule’s clear impact on the provisions of these developments, I started with the issue of asthma inhaler, then nasal spray and drops, then eye drops, then the ear drop and its lotion, and then the therapeutic injections of the skin, muscle and vein, and concluded this section with ointments, creams, and therapeutic plasters put on the skin.
