|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على إشكالية الانخفاض الأخير الذي سجّلته أسعار البترول، وتحديد تأثيراته المباشرة على الوضع المالي والاقتصادي للجزائر، وضرورة إيجاد الحلول الاستراتيجية لتفعيل مصادر الدخل غير النفطية. \nومن خلال هذه الدراسة استنتجنا أن الاقتصاد الجزائري لازال اقتصادا ريعيا منذ سنوات الستينات وأن تقلبات أسعار النفط أفرزت تحديات خطيرة أمام الاقتصاد الجزائري. كما توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الحلول، أهمها تطوير القطاعات الإنتاجية والخدمية وترشيد النفقات.

|d Cette étude vise à faire la lumière sur le problème de la baisse récente enregistrée dans les prix du pétrole et de déterminer les effets directs sur la situation économique et financière de l'Algérie et la nécessité de trouver des solutions stratégiques pour activer les sources de revenus non pétrolières. \nGrâce à cette étude, nous avons conclu que l'économie algérienne est toujours dépendante de la manne pétrolière depuis les années soixante et que les fluctuations du prix du pétrole a produit de sérieux défis à l'économie algérienne. Nous sommes arrivés dans cette étude à un ensemble de solutions dont le plus important est le développement des secteurs productifs et de services et rationalisation des dépenses

|f This study aims to shed light on the problem of the recent decline in oil prices and Determining its direct impact on Algeria's financial and economic situation, and the need to find strategic solutions to activate non-oil sources of income.\nThrough this study, we concluded that the Algerian economy has been a rentier economy since the 1960s and that fluctuations in oil prices have posed serious challenges to the Algerian economy.
