أن متطلبات سوق العمل المحلي تتأثر دائما بالتطورات العلمية العالمية، ونلاحظ هذا التغيير في تطور مفاهيم واحتياجات السوق المحلي المرتبط بأسواق العمل العالمية، فنجد أن التقنيات العلمية الحديثة بكل أشكالها تقود إلى عالم جديد يتغير فيه مفاهيم كثيرة ينبغي الاستعداد والتخطيط لها بأسلوب علمي لسد الفجوة بين مواصفات الخريج واحتياجات سوق العمل المحلية والعالمية في شتى المجالات، ولتحقيق هذه العلاقة ظهر مصطلح إدارة الجودة الشاملة (TQM) الذي يفرض المعايير ويحدد مؤشرات الأداء ويقرر مطابقة المواصفات من خلال تفاعل مجموعة من الإجراءات والعمليات المختلفة لضمان جودة المنتجات أو الخدمات ولتفعيل هذا المفهوم في المؤسسات التعليمية تم تطوير عدد من الاستراتيجيات بهدف تحسين مستوى أداء المنظومة التعليمية ككل بوجهة نظر عامة، وتجويد كفاءة المخرج التعليمي بوجهة نظر خاصة لمواكبة متطلبات واحتياجات سوق العمل. مشكلة البحث: يوجد قصور في عدم موائمة مواصفات (خريج كلية التربية الفنية) مع متطلبات واحتياجات سوق العمل، وأحياناً لم يعد يتمكن الخريج من الحصول على وظيفة أو عملاً مناسباً من خلال الشهادة الجامعية فقطـ فوظائف اليوم تتطلب توافر العديد من المهارات اللازمة للحصول على فرصة عمل. ويهدف البحث الحالي إلى: 1. تقويم أداء الكوادر التي تعمل كلية التربية الفنية جاهدة على أعدادها (الخريجين) للعمل بالمؤسسات التربوية والثقافية وتأهيلهم لتلبية احتياجات سوق العمل من خلال التوازي مع المعايير الأكاديمية. 2. توظيف المعايير الأكاديمية المرجعية لتحسين وضع الخريج لمواكبة سوق العمل في ضوء الجودة الشاملة. 3. الاستفادة من أليات إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تطوير منظومة التعليم العالي (كلية التربية الفنية). 4. تقوية المركز التنافسي المتميز لكلية التربية الفنية في منظور السوق المحلي والعالمي. وتوصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية: تأكد للباحث أنه يوجد علاقات تبادلية بين مهارات الخريج ومتطلبات سوق العمل والدور التي تقوم به كلية التربية الفنية، وإن سوق العمل في احتياج شديد لخريجين الكليات العملية الأكفاء ولذلك تأتي مسئولية الكليات العملية (كلية التربية الفنية) التي تسعى إلى تحقيقها في تنمية مهارات الخريج، وأخيراً يبقى دور المستثمرين وحاضنات الأعمال والشركات والمصانع والقطاع الخاص الذي يتمثل في تحدد مواصفات الخريج المطلوبة التي تتناسب مع طبيعة العمل في السوق المصرية وتمويل المشروعات الفنية الصغيرة لتزويد فرص العمل.

Current research problem: There are shortcomings in not harmonize specifications (graduate art education) requirements and the needs of the labour market, and sometimes longer to graduate to obtain employment or pursuant to fit through a university degree only; it functions today requires many skills to get jobs. This research aims at: 1. evaluate the performance of the Staff College Art Education strives to set up (graduates) to work with educational and cultural institutions and rehabilitation to meet the needs of the labour market through parallel to academic standards. 2. Recruitment of academic standards of reference for the improvement of the status of graduate labour market in light of overall quality. 3. Take advantage of total quality management in the development of the system of higher education. 4. Strengthening the competitive position of College art education in local and global market perspective. This research reaches the following results: Make sure the researcher that there is reciprocal relationships between alumni and skills requirements of the labour market and the role played by College art education and the labour market in the acute need for competent process colleges graduates therefore are responsible for the practical faculties (Faculty of art education), which seeks to achieve in the graduate skills development, and finally the role of investors, business incubators and companies and factories, the private sector, which is the specification of the required graduate commensurate with the nature of work in the Egyptian market and small art projects to provide employment opportunities Work.
