تعد القيم التربوية هي الواجهة الأساسية لسلوكيات الفرد فهي المطلق الذي بدوره يؤثر في تشكيل اللوك فالبقيم تحدد تلك العلاقة التقديمة بين الإنسان وبين الكون من حوله فمن خلال القيم يستطيع الإنسان الحكم على الجماليات العمل الفني وعليه فإن القيمة هي ناتج تقييم الإنسان لتفاعل بينه وبين مشاعرة وبين العالم من حوله فيصدد الطرف العاقل في المعادلة حكما قيما وهناك علاقة بين القيم التربوية ومهارات التفكير الناقد في القرن الحادي والعشرين لدي تلاميذ المرحلة الابتدائية في دولة العراق تجسده باعتماد مهارات القرن الحادي والعشرين حيث تمثلت المهارات في مهارات إدارية وتنظيمية ومهارات التواصل ومهارات التيسير مهارات تكنولوجية مهارات التفكير مهارات الابتكار وكذلك دمج المعرفة بالتكنولوجيا والتواصل مع معلم القرن الحادي والعشرين بالمهارات مع مراعاه قدرات المتعلمين وأن أهم المهارات التي ينبغي أن يمتلكها معلمو القرن الحادي والعشرين لولو عصر الاقتصاد المعرفي سعيا لبناء مجتمع المعرفة في ضوء التحديات المتعددة التي يعيشها النظم التربوية تتمثل في تنمية المهارات العليا لتفكير أدارة المهارات الحياتية وإدارة قدرات الطالب ودعم الاقتصاد المعرفي وإدارة تكنولوجيا التعليم وإدارة فن التعليم إدارة منظومة التقويم. ولذلك أصبح الاهتمام التربوي بما تحمله مادة التربية الفنية من قيم تربوية شتي يعتبر من أهم الركائن التي يبني عليها أساس المجتمعات وتتحكم في سلوكيات أفرادها وتعبر عن أسلوبهم في الحياة.
