|b This study was carried out in Sirte city in season 2013-2014. Faba bean samples were collected from different locations in Sirte Governorate, i.e. Al-Sawawa, Al-Grbiat and Abohade, the results obtained could be summarized as follow, five fungal isolates from diseased Faba bean plants were used, two Fusarium solani, two of Fusarium oxysporium and one isolate of Pythium sp. identification of isolate fungi were carried out using characteristics of mycelia and spores, determination of the number of pre- and post- emergence damping –off were recorded after 3 weeks from planting. Determination of the root rot disease was recorded after 7 weeks from planting. Were the occurrence of isolated fungi F. oxysporium and F. solani. The best control of disease was obtained when the use of ultraviolet Exposure period at 15 min. as well as when acetic acid at 0.6% added ,on the other side, all fungicides were effect on tested pathogenic fungi, however, F. solani was sensitive more than F. oxysporium specialized vitvax-200.
