المستخلص: During the 90s of 20th century, the signifiance of forgien banks, as financial services supplyers, increases abruptly. Such an abrubt increase is due to several factors such as the domestic liberation that include removing obstacles away to enter these banks, technology evolution, the consequences of banking crisis during 90s, privating the government-owned banks as well as increasing financial integration and globalization that increase due to the sequence enterance of foreign banks at various patterns into various countries of various enterance levels. The study investigates the reality of foreign banks through three functional indicators, i.e. assets, trusts and credits. It compares these indicators with local banks. As there are some international experts indicating that the enterance of foreign banks lead to their obsession over the largest share of these indicators. Thus the study is divided into three chapters as follows. The first chapter studies the assets trends of foreign banks. The second chapter examines the trusts of foreign banks. The third chapter shows the banking credits of foreign banks. The study concludes with several findings including the decrease of foreign banks assets in comparision with the size of these banks in the banking system. Furthermore, the foreign coinage trusts take the first grade in the structure of foreign banks trusts 44.81%. The credit submited to the private sector decreases in comparision with the credit submitted to the government. In addition, there are many other findings shown in the study.
