Proposition d'un protocole thérapeutique cognitivo linguistique pour la rééducation des troubles de l'expression et de la compréhension orale chez les personnes aphasiques en milieu hospitalier algérien " La rééducation aphasiologique est un art encore jeune .elle a connu un premier bond après la seconde guerre mondiale, lorsqu'il a fallu faire face aux problèmes pratiques posé par la prise en charge de milliers de jeunes blessés aphasiques .les nombreux progrès accomplis depuis les deux dernières décades, tant par les neurosciences que par l'aphasiologie elle-même sont responsables d'une seconde et forte impulsion. Mes travaux sur la place de la rééducation orthophonique dans le cadre de la prise en charge multidisciplinaire des patients aphasiques ont relevés une nette amélioration dans la récupération du langage des sujets cérébro-lisés par le bais notamment des techniques orthophoniques universels appliqués au milieu hospitalier algérien. Dans l'état actuel des connaissances scientifiques, il n'existe pas une méthode univoque de rééducation qui puisse être préconisée de façon générale dans l'aphasie vasculaire. Des données scientifiques soutiennent l'intérêt d'une rééducation orthophonique durant la première année suivant l'accident, chez une proportion importante des aphasiques vasculaires. Au-delà de cette première année, elle est suggérée par des études de cas au moins chez certains individus. L’objet de notre recherche c’est de discuter la place de la rééducation orthophonique dans la thérapeutique pluridisciplinaire en milieu hospitalier algérien. Dans ce cadre, nous posons les questions suivantes : - Comment rétablir la communication du patient aphasique à travers une rééducation orthophonique ? - Quelle est la conduite à tenir pratique devant un patient aphasique? Proposition of a cognitive linguistic therapeutic system for the rehabilitation of the disorders of the expression and the oral comprehension in aphasic people in Algerian hospital " Aphasiological rehabilitation is an art still small. It had a first leap after the Second World War, when it was necessary to face the practical problems posed by the care of thousands of young people with aphasia. During last two decades, both neuroscience and aphasiology itself, are responsible for a second and strong impulse. My work on the field of speech therapy as part of the multidisciplinary care of aphasic patients has revealed a clear improvement in the recovery of the language of persons with cerebral palsy through the use of universal speech therapy techniques applied to the Algerian hospital environment. In the current state of scientific knowledge, there is no univocal method of rehabilitation that can be advocated in general in vascular aphasia. Scientific data support the interest of speech therapy during the first year following the accident, in a significant proportion of vascular aphasics. Beyond this first year, it is suggested to conduct case studies at least in some individuals. The purpose of our research is to discuss the place of orthophonic rehabilitation in multidisciplinary therapeutics in Algerian hospitals. In this context, we ask the following questions: - How to restore the communication of the aphasic patient through speech therapy? - What is the practical behavior to take in front of an aphasic patient?
