|a لا يخفي كثرة الجنائز خاصة في المساجد الواقعة في المدن، وقد يصلي على هذه الجنائز إمام المسجد، وقد يتقدم بعض أولياء الميت للصلاة عليه، وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبين من الأحق بالصلاة على الميت، إمام المسجد أم وليه؟ وإذا صلى عليها أولياء الميت فمن يقدم منهم، وإذا تساوى وليان في درجة واحدة فكيف تتم المفاضلة بينهما، ثم بينت الدراسة من الأحق في حالة ما إذا أوصى الميت لشخص بالصلاة عليه، هل هو الولي أم الوصي؟ وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن إمام المسجد أحق بالصلاة عليه، وإذا صلي عليه الأولياء فيقدم أفضلهم وأفقههم، كما أن وصية الميت تنفذ إذا وصى لرجل يرجو خيره بالصلاة عليه

|b There are a lot of funerals, especially in mosques located in the cities, and the one who prays for these funerals is mostly the imam of the mosque, or some of the deceased's guardian present to pray for him/her .This study shows who has the right to pray for the deceased the imam of the mosque or one of the deceased's guardians and if the deceased's guardians pray for him/her who is going to be as the imam. Moreover, if they have two guardians in equal level how it could be made a preference between them. Also this study reveals that who is the right to pray specially if the deceased recommended to a person to pray for him either the guardian or the trustee. The study concluded that the one who has the right to pray for the deceased is the imam of the mosque, and if the guardians pray for him/her they should present the best and the jurist of them. Furthermore, the deceased's recommendation should be implemented if he recommended to a welfare man to pray for him.
