Pour assurer un travail décent en Afrique Comme est\nimposé dans les termes et les accords de l'Organisation.\nL'organisation travaille également en consultation avec certains des bureaux régionaux situés\ndans le continent de suivre les projets programmés. |a تعد منظمة العمل الدولية من أبرز المنظمات الدولية المتخصصة التي تبذل جهودا من اجل النهوض بمستوى العمالة في أفريقيا، حيث تلعب المنظمة دورا بارزا في وضع استراتيجيات وبرامج إقليمية ومحلية من اجل توفير بيئة ملائمة وذلك برفع قدرات القارة الإفريقية وحث الأنظمة الإفريقية على إتباع سياسات رشيدة تؤدي إلى نتائج تساهم في القضاء على البطالة.\nوتبرز جهود المنظمة في سعيها المتواصل الى إعداد التقارير وبرمجة المؤتمرات الدولية لتوفير العمل اللائق في إفريقيا حسب ما تمليه بنود واتفاقيات المنظمة، كما تعمل المنظمة بالتشاور مع بعض المكاتب الإقليمية المتواجدة في القارة على تفقد المشاريع المبرمجة والعمل على استكمالها في الوقت المحدد.\nورغم التحديات التي تواجه المنظمة في القارة الإفريقية، إلا أنها حريصة على تجاوز تلك العقبات من أجل الوصول إلى تحقيق الأهداف المنشودة وتوظيف أكبر عدد من البطالين في إفريقيا بما يحقق العدالة الإنسانية.

|f The International Labor Organization (ILO) is regarded to be one of the most prominent specialized international organizations which make efforts to promote employment in Africa. The ILO plays a prominent role in developing regional and local strategies and programs to provide a facilitating environment. That is by raising the capabilities of the African continent and urging the African regimes to follow prudent policies which lead to results that contribute to the elimination of unemployment.\nThe organization's efforts are highlighted in its continuous efforts to prepare reports and schedule international conferences for the provision of appropriate work in Africa as dictated by the organization's articles and conventions. Just as the ILO is also working in consultation with some regional offices on the continent to inspect the scheduled projects and make effort to complete them on time.\nDespite the challenges facing the organization in Africa, it is keen to overcome these obstacles in order to achieve the desired goals and employ the largest number of unemployed persons in Africa, in order to accomplish human justice.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
