المستخلص: سنتطرق في هذا المقال إلى معالجة مخططات التنمية الاقتصادية منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا بالتركيز على أجهزة الإدماج الاجتماعي والاقتصادي كآليات ربط بين المجتمع وأهداف التنمية وكأداة توجيه للفئة الناشطة اجتماعيا نحو ولوج عالم المقاولة، بإكسابهم مجموعة من الأسس والمعايير المساعدة لتنمية الروح المقاولاتية، وفي ظل هذا التغير حاولت الدولة بآلياتها المختلفة إقامة اقتصاد قائم على السياحة بمساعدة ودعم المقاولين في مختلف القطاعات وخاصة في قطاع السياحة.
إن المشاريع الاقتصادية بتنوعها سواء كانت في المجال السياحي أو في مجالات مدعمة له، تساهم في بعث اقتصاد سياحي من جهة وتعمل على امتصاص البطالة بتوظيف العمالة من جهة أخرى، فكلتا العمليتان تؤثران بالرفع من ميزانية الأسر الجزائرية مما يشجعها على التوجه الى السياحة واعتبارها حاجة أساسية، بعدما كانت مصنفة ضمن الحاجات الثانوية، فتكون بذلك المؤسسات بموظفيها فاعلين ومفعلين للسياحة.

dans le projet d’aujourd hui nous allons étudier les statistiques du développement économique depuis l’indépendance jusqu'a nos jours, en se concentrant sur les moyens sociaux économiques comme outils de communications entre le peuple et les buts du développement et comme outil d'orientation pour la partie active (travailleuse) socialement face au monde de confrontation et de lutte .Et cela en offrant des bases et les moyens d’ aides pou le développement de l’ ésprit d’entreprise et a cause de ça que l’état a essayé par tous ces moyens la création d’ une économie basée sur le tourisme en les encourageant et en aidant les entrepreneurs a investir surtout dans les projets touristiques . Tous ces projets touristiques jouent un grand rôle dans le développement touristique d’ une part et visent à anéantir le chômage d’une autre part et c’est ce qui encourage la société algérienne a l’orientation vers le tourisme .

In this article, we will address economic development plans from independence to the present day. This is by focusing on social and economic integration mechanisms as mechanisms for linking between society and development goals. It is also considered as a tool for guiding the socially active group towards the world of entrepreneurship by providing them with a set of foundations and criteria for the development of entrepreneurial sense. During this various mechanisms, the country has attempted to establish a tourism-based economy with the assistance and support of contractors in various sectors, especially in the tourism sector.
The economic projects, whether they are in the tourism field or in fields that support it, contribute to the revival of tourism economy on the one hand and work to absorb unemployment by employing labor on the other. Both processes affect the increase of the budget of the Algerian families, which encourages them to turn to tourism as a basic need after it was considered as a secondary needs. As a result, the institutions with its employees will be considered as a creators and activators of tourism.
