The objectives of the current research are include measuring the effect of developing the creative abilities on improving the level of educational service quality at South Egypt Universities, According to the objectives of this study, the researcher was based a rest of hypotheses, To achieve the objectives of this study, researcher used the descriptive analytical method used form Inquisition as a key tool for data collection were distributed 450 form on faculty members and their assistants and staff and students South Egypt Universities preliminary data from the study population, Data analysis and hypothesis testing have been tested by using a (SPSS) program, Else the researcher used several statistical methods, After performing statistical analysis on the study and its hypotheses data, results of the study revealed that there are significant differences of developing the creative abilities and improving the level of educational service quality in South Egypt Universities at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05),This means that the independent variable (the explanatory variable) creative abilities was able to explain 61% of the quality of educational service in South Egypt Universities, while the remaining 39% is attributable to other factors not included in the regression relationship, it was highlighted the study's recommendations to adopt the concept of the development of creativity as direction strategically, lasting and continuous to achieve a high level in the quality of educational service in the universities and to eliminate the barriers that hinder the developing the creative abilities through presence of leaders whose culture of innovation are secured. This facilitates the exchange of information between the university members and their environment and it can benefit from the experiences of countries and educational institutions leading in this area field.
أستهدف البحث قياس أثر تنمية القدرات الإبداعية في تحسين مستوى جودة الخدمة التعليمية بجامعات جنوب مصر وبناءً على أهداف الدراسة أستتد الباحث إلى مجموعة من الفروض، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدمت استمارة الاستقصاء كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات حيث تم توزيع ٤٥٠ استمارة على أعضاء هيئة التدريس ومعاونيهم والعاملين والطلاب بجامعات جنوب مصر لجمع البيانات الأولية من مجتمع الدراسة، وجرى تحليل البيانات واختبار الفروض باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) وتم استخدام العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية وبعد إجراء عملية التحليل الإحصائي على بيانات الدراسة وفروضها، وكانت أبزر نتائج الدراسة أن هناك تأثير معنوي لتنمية القدرات الإبداعية في تحسين مستوى جودة الخدمة التعليمية بجامعات جنوب مصر عند مستوي دلالة (α ≤ 0.05)، وهذا يعني أن المتغير المستقل (التفسيري) القدرات الإبداعية استطاع أن يفسر ٦١% من التحسن في مستوي جودة الخدمة التعليمية في جامعات جنوب مصر، أما النسبة الباقية ٣٩% تعزى إلى عوامل أخري لم تدخل في العلاقة الانحدارية، وعليه كانت أبرز توصيات الدراسة تبني مفهوم تنمية القدرات الإبداعية كاتجاه استراتيجي مستمر لتحقيق مستوى عالي في مستوى جودة الخدمة التعليمية بالجامعات والقضاء علي الحواجز التي تعيق تنمية القدرات الإبداعية عن طريق وجود قيادات مؤمنة بثقافة الإبداع وتسهيل تبادل المعلومات بين أفراد الجامعة وبيئتها والاستفادة من تجارب وخبرات الدول والمؤسسات التعليمية الرائدة في هذا المجال.
