هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف درجة ممارسة الشراكة التفاعلية لمراكز الشباب مع المجتمع المحلي من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها وأثرها باستقطاب روداها، وتم اختبار العينة بالطريقة القصدية العشوائية من العاملين في مراكز الشباب وبلغ عددها (72) موظفا وموظفة، وقام الباحث ببناء استبانة تضم ثلاثة مجالات (مجال أعمال مراكز الشباب، مجال الشراكة مع المجتمع المحلي، ومجال مراكز الشباب ودورها بجلب روداها)، واشتملت الاستبانة في صورتها النهائية على (21) فقرة تهدف الكشف عن آراء واتجاهات أفراد مجتمع الدراسة العاملين في مراكز الشباب حيال درجة ممارسة الشراكة التفاعلية لمراكز الشباب مع المجتمع المحلي وأثرها باستقطاب روداها، وقد تم التحقق من صدق وثبات أداة الدراسة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن جميع مجالات الدراسة جاءت بدرجة ممارسة متوسطة، حيث دلت النتائج على أن مجال الشراكة مع المجتمع المحلي جاء بالمرتبة الأولى ثم مجال مراكز الشباب ودورها بجلب روادها وأخيراً مجال أعمال مراكز الشباب.
The aim of this study is to identify the degree of interactive partnership youth centers with the Local community from the point of view for its employees and its impact by attracting patrons, has been selected sample of the study purposely random from working in youth centers have been numbered (72) male and female employees, and the researcher built a questionnaire comprising three areas (youth centers work field ,partnership with the local community field, and the field of youth centers and their role to bring patrons), have included the questionnaire in its final form on (21) paragraph aims whole detection opinions and trends of community members study of workers in youth centers about the degree of partnership interactive youth centers with the local community and its impact by attracting patrons the validity and reliability has been verified for the study tool. The data were analyzed statistically using statistical methods appropriate for each question, and the results showed that all areas of the study were highly exercise medium, where the results indicated that the partnership with the local community came first place and then the field of youth centers and their role to bring patrons and finally the youth centers work.
