المستخلص: This study aimed to identify the level of sports culture among the faculty at the University of Mutah faculty members and to achieve objectives of the study researchers used the descriptive approach style screening for appropriateness and nature of the study and the study population of (542) faculty member, and the sample consisted of (92) faculty member ie ratio (16.97) of the study population. After the distribution of the questionnaire to a sample of the study, researchers used the following statistical treatments (arithmetic mean, standard deviation, the relative importance, t-test, analysis of variance, test Shaivism, frequencies, percentages and after the data analysis of the results showed that the level of knowledge of the faculty at the University of members Mutah sports culture was high, as the results showed no statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge of the faculty at the University of Mutah members of the sports culture attributed to gender differences, and showed a statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge of the faculty at the University of Mutah members of the sports culture is attributable to the College differences, The results showed the presence of statistically significant differences in the level of knowledge of the-faculty at the University of Mutah members of the sports culture attributed academic rank and in favor of rank (professor) , and that the most important sources for obtaining sports culture among the faculty at Mutah University members are (websites) , then (visual aids) and got (social relations) less source of access to sports culture, recommended researchers need to take advantage of the sports culture of high faculty members at the University of death by giving a margin of lectures to spread the sports culture and to raise awareness among students.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى مستوي الثقافة الرياضية لدي أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي بإسلوبه المسحي لمناسبته وطبيعة الدراسة وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (542) عضو هيئة تدريس، وتكونت العينة من (92) عضو هيئة تدريس أي ما نسبة (16.97) من مجتمع الدراسة. وبعد توزيع الاستبانة على عينة الدراسة, استخدم الباحثان المعالجات الإحصائية التالية (المتوسط الحسابي, الانحراف المعياري, الأهمية النسبية, اختبار(ت)), تحليل التباين الأحادي, اختبار شيفيه, التكرارات والنسب المئوية وبعد تحليل البيانات أظهرت النتائج أن مستوي معرفة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة للثقافة الرياضية جاء مرتفعا, كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوي معرفة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة بالثقافة الرياضية تعزي للنوع الاجتماعي, وأظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوي معرفة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة بالثقافة الرياضية تعزى للكلية, كما دلت النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوي معرفة أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة بالثقافة الرياضية تعزي للرتبة الأكاديمية ولصالح من رتبتهم (أستاذ), وأن من أهم مصادر الحصول على الثقافة الرياضية لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة هي (المواقع الإلكترونية), ثم (الوسائل البصرية) وحصلت (العلاقات الاجتماعية) على اقل مصدر من مصادر الحصول علي الثقافة الرياضية . ويوصي الباحثان بضرورة الاستفادة من الثقافة الرياضية المرتفعة لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في جامعة مؤتة من خلال إعطاء هامش من محاضراتهم لنشر الثقافة الرياضية وزيادة التوعية لدى الطلبة.
