This study aimed to identify the administrative and educational Difficulties facing girls school principals of public secondary schools that implement the curricula system in Riyadh from their point of views. The study explained differences in principals’ viewpoints according to the study variables: Experience, specialization, training courses, then, the study will provide some proposals that could limit the Difficulties facing principals of public secondary schools that implement the curricula system in Riyadh. \ In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive analytical method, using (the questionnaire) study tool. It was distributed to (3) axes, namely: (administrative problems, educational problems and proposals) where it was applied to all members of the study population, which included all the principals of government secondary schools that implement the curricula system in Riyadh, they were (30) principals. \ The main findings of the study include the following: \ 1.\ The administrative Difficulties facing principals of public secondary schools that implement the, curricula system in Riyadh, that had (a mild degree approval) from their point of view, while the educational Difficulties got (low degree approval) from their point of view. \ 2.\ No statistically significant differences in the views of principals on administrative and educational Difficulties that they face in. public secondary schools that implement the curricula system which could be referred to years of experience, specialization or training courses. \ 3.\ The proposals which limit the Difficulties faced by principals of government secondary schools that implement the curricula system, have got significantly approval from the viewpoint of girls school principals. The most significant was the introduction of school principals’ opinion about the system and its Difficulties in order to find solutions for the same, the training of school principals before their assignment to work in schools that apply curricula system and increase the powers granted to the school principals \
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الصعوبات الإدارية والتعليمية التي تواجه مديرات المدارس الثانوية، والحكومية المطبقة لنظام المقررات بمدينة الرياض من وجهة نظرهن، والكشف عن الفروق في وجهات نظر المديرات بحسب متغيرات الدراسة: الخبرة، التخصص، الدورات التدريبية، ثم تقديم بعض المقترحات التي يمكن أن تحد من الصعوبات التي تواجه مديرات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية المطبقة لنظام المقررات بمدينة الرياض. \ ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك باستخدام أداة الدراسة (الاستبانة)، وكانت موزعه على (3) محاور وهي: (الصعوبات الإدارية، الصعوبات التعليمية، المقترحات)، حيث تم تطبيقها على جميع أفراد مجتمع الدراسة، والذي شمل جميع مديرات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية المطبقة لنظام المقررات بمدينة الرياض وعددهن (30) مديرة. \ ومن ابرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة ما يلي: \ 1-\ أن الصعوبات الإدارية التي تواجه مديرات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية المطبقة لنظام المقررات حصلت على (موافقة بدرجة متوسطة) من وجهة نظرهن، بينما حصلت الصعوبات التعليمية على (موافقة بدرجة ضعيفة) من وجهة نظرهن. \ 2-\ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر المديرات حول الصعوبات الإدارية والتعليمية التي تواجههن في المدارس الثانوية الحكومية المطبقة للنظام المقررات تعزى إلى سنوات الخبرة أو التخصص أو الدورات التدريبية. \ 3-\ أن المقترحات التي تحد من الصعوبات التي تواجه مديرات المدارس الثانوية الحكومية المطبقة لنظام المقررات حصلت على موافقة بدرجة كبيرة من وجهة نظر المديرات، وكان أهمها الأخذ بآراء مديرات المدارس حول النظام ومشكلاته لإيجاد حلول لها، تدريب مديرات المدارس قبل تكليفهن بالعمل في المدارس المطبقة لنظام المقررات، زيادة الصلاحيات الممنوحة لمديرات المدارس. \ \
