تهدف الدراسة إلى كشف مدى استخدام وتفاعل ومشاركة نشطاء مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لخدمة وتفعيل قضية الأسرى، وتوضيح الخدمات التي يمكن أن تقدمها مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لنصرة ومساندة الأسرى، وإدراك مدى قدرة النشطاء لاستخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في خدمة قضية الأسرى، ومعرفة النماذج والتجارب التي خاضها النشطاء على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لدعم الأسرى، وتقديم مقترحات وطرق للاستفادة واستثمار مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لخدمة قضية الأسرى، وتنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى البحوث الوصفية، واستخدمت منهج المسح، والاستبيان أداة لجمع البيانات على عينة من نشطاء مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بلغت 55 مفردة، ومن أهم نتائج الدراسة: أن نسبة المبحوثين المستخدمين لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لخدمة قضايا الأسرى الفلسطينيين بلغت 95% كما بلغت نسبة من لا يستخدمونها لخدمة الأسرى الفلسطينيين بنسبة 5%، وأن شبكة (الفيس بوك) من أكثر الشبكات استخداماً وتفاعلاً من قبل نشطاء مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مع قضايا الأسرى الفلسطينيين، وأن نوعية المواد المنتجة (الكيف) التي تتناولها مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لتفعيل قضية الأسرى كافية إلى حد ما بنسبة 44%، في حين أن 42% من النشطاء أجابوا بأنها لا تكفي، كما أن نسبة 14% من المبحوثين أجابوا بأنها كافية، وأن نسبة 88% من المبحوثين قد شاركوا ضمن صفحات وحملات مناصرة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لخدمة قضايا الأسرى الفلسطينيين في حين أن نسبة 12% من المبحوثين النشطاء لم يشاركوا، وأن أهم المواد التي يتفاعل معها المبحوثين خلال استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لتناول قضية الأسرى جاءت في المرتبة الأولى الإعجاب بالصفحات الخاصة بالأسرى، ثم تغيير صورة البروفايل لصورة أو شعار يدعم قضية الأسرى، وأن أهم السبل لاستثمار مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لتفعيل قضية الأسرى جاءت بالترتيب وفقاً لوجهة نظر المبحوثين توسيع الحملات التضامنية لتشمل أعداد متزايدة من المناصرين على كافة المستويات، وإنتاج ونشر مواد إلكترونية مسموعة ومرئية تسلط الضوء على معاناة الأسرى، وخلق رأي عام وطني وعالمي مساند لقضايا وحقوق أسرى الحرية الفلسطينيين في سجون الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، واستقطاب النشطاء العرب والأوروبيين المتضامنين مع قضية الأسى، والضغط والمناصرة من خلال إبراز معاناة الأسرى داخل سجون الاحتلال.
The study aims at revealing the extent of the use, the interaction and the participation of activists of social networking sites for activating the service issue of the prisoners. Also, it clarifies the services that can be offered by social networking sites to support prisoners, recognize the ability of activists to use social networking sites in the service of the issue of prisoners. Moreover, it aims at knowing the models and experiments done by activists on social networking sites in support of the prisoners, and to make proposals and ways to capitalize on investment of social networking sites to serve the cause of prisoners. This study belongs to a descriptive research. Survey method was used to collect data on a sample of social networking sites activists reached 55 Single. The most important findings of the study: - The proportion of respondents users of social networking sites to serve the issues of Palestinian prisoners amounted to 95%. - The proportion of who does not use them to serve Palestinian prisoners amounted to 5%. - FaceBook (FB) is one of the most widely used networking and interaction by the activists of social networking sites with the issues of Palestinian prisoners. - The quality of the materials produced (qualitative), which dealt with social networking sites to activate the issue of the prisoners is sufficient to some extent by 44%, while 42% of the activists said that it is not enough, and that the proportion of 14% of the respondents answered as sufficient. - 88% of respondents had participated in the pages and advocacy campaigns on social networking sites to serve the Palestinian domestic issues, while the proportion of 12% of the respondents did not participate. - The most important substances that interact with the respondents through the use of social networking sites to address the issue of the prisoners came in ranked first admiring pages for the prisoners, and then change the image profile to a picture or logo that supports the prisoners case. - The most important ways to invest in social networking sites to activate the issue of the prisoners came in the order in accordance with the point of view of the respondents to expand solidarity campaigns to include increasing numbers of supporters at all levels. - Production and dissemination of electronic, audible and visual materials highlights the suffering of prisoners, and create public, national, global and supportive opinion for prisoners issues and the rights of freedom of Palestinians in Israeli jails. - Attracting Arab and European activists in solidarity with the issue of prisoners, and lobbying and advocacy by highlighting the suffering of the prisoners inside Israeli jails.
