The aim of this research was to review the literature of school principals’ servant leadership and teachers' job satisfaction to provide a theoretical model describing the relationship between them. It also aimed to test the applicability of this theoretical model to the reality field in Egypt. In this context, the research presented two complementary studies: The first study aimed to test the validity of the measurement models related to research variables. In this study, the applicability of Barbuto and Wheeler (2006) model to school principals, servant leadership and Spector (1994) model for job satisfaction were tested on a sample of teachers in Egypt. After reaching valid measurement models by conducting exploratory factor analysis (EFA), then confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), using the program (Amos 16), the second study began by testing the theoretical structure model, which defines the relations between school principals’ servant leadership and teachers'job satisfaction to the actual field in Egypt Then a model applicable to the study sample (251 teachers in public schools in Cairo) was generated. By using the methodology of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the availability of servant leadership dimensions of the principals from teachers' perspective has been determined. The study also determined the extent of job satisfaction among teachers and how we can activate the relationship between them to provide a model to achieve the effective school in Egypt. Such school can be achieved through a series of proposed actions: developing the current career path of teachers in order to achieve their satisfaction with the promotion; developing the physical and social work environment in order to achieve teachers’ satisfaction with the nature of the work; spreading awareness of servant leadership dimensions among school principals and their role in achieving teachers' satisfaction with the school principal; designing appropriate training programs for developing servant leadership skills to school principals to achieve teachers' job satisfaction.
