|b The aim of this study was to identify the efficiency of the teachers of physical education in building achievement tests in the Schools of Education in the Northeast Badia of Jordan according to the standards of a good test.The study sample consisted of (160) teachers of physical education in the first semester of the academic year 2011/2012. The population of the study was selected using a deliberate sample. A formed tool of two parts was adopted: the first part includes personal information about members of the study population, such as: gender, experience, scientific qualification; and the second was composed of (35) items describing the efficiency of teachers of physical education in building achievement tests in terms of areas: (objectives, instructions, and writing items of the achievement test, standards of quality in the writing achievement test). The study showed the following results: the efficiency of teachers of physical education in the construction of realizable tests in the schools of education in the Jordan north-east Badia according to the standards of good testing was found medium; the efficiency of teachers of physical education in the areas of "standards of quality in the writing achievement test, objectives, and "Instruction" was found medium; the efficiency of teachers and teachers of physical education in the field of "writing paragraphs of the achievement test" was found weak. The study results also indicated that there were significant differences attributable to the qualification variable for the diploma; whereas there were no statistically significant differences attributable to gender, experience and qualification. In light of the study results, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations

|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى كفاءة معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية في مدارس التربية والتعليم بالبادية الشمالية الشرقية الأردنية وفق معايير الاختبار الجيد، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (160) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الدراسي 2011/2012، وقد تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. تكونت الأداة من جزأين: الأول، اشتمل على معلومات شخصية عن أفراد الدراسة مثل: الجنس، والخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، والثاني: تكون من (35) بنداً يصف كفاءة معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية من حيث مجالات: (الأهداف، والتعليمات، وكتابة بنود الاختبار التحصيلي، والمعايير النوعية في كتابة الاختبار التحصيلي). أظهرت الدراسة النتائج الآتية: كفاءة معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية في مدارس التربية والتعليم بالبادية الشمالية الشرقية الأردنية وفق معايير الاختبار الجيد (متوسطة)، وأن كفاءة معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في مجالات "المعايير النوعية في كتابة الاختبار التحصيلي"، و"الأهداف"، و"التعليمات" (متوسطة)، وكفاءة معلمي ومعلمات التربية الرياضية في مجال "كتابة بنود الاختبار التحصيلي" (ضعيفة)، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزي إلى متغيرات الجنس، والخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزي إلى متغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح الدبلوم المتوسط، وفى ضوء النتائج التي أسفرت عنها هذه الدراسة أوصي الباحث بعدد من التوصيات.
