المستخلص: يتجاوز الحق في البيئة مجرد حماية الصحة الإنسانية، ليشمل كل ما يتعلق بضمان عيش الإنسان كصاحب حق في ظروف بيئية ملائمة، تسمح له بالتفتح على العالم من حوله وضمان كرامته ورفاهيته. إذ تعكس أغلب القواعد القانونية والتنظيمية المتعلقة بمجال حماية البيئة وبأبعادها الدولية والوطنية، مدى حقيقة ارتباطها الحيوي واهتمامها بصاحب الحق في البيئة، وذلك من خلال المركز القانوني الذي يحظى به على مستوى القواعد والنصوص الدستورية، المتعلقة بحماية وتسيير المجال البيئي، فضلاً عن الامتيازات المقررة له في مواجهة كل الاعتداءات والممارسات التي تهدد أمنه وسلامة بيئته.

Loin de se limiter la simple protection de la santé humaine, Le droit à l'environnement englobe tout ce qui concerne la garantie du droit de l’homme à une vie convenable dans des conditions environnementales favorables pour lui permettez de s’ouvrir au monde extérieur de lui assurer la dignité et le bien-être.
En outré la majorité des règles légales et réglementaires relatives au domaine de la protection de l'environnement reflètent l'intérêt porté pour le sujet du droit à l'environnement à travers le statut juridique dont il par jouie par le biai de ces règles, en plus des privilèges don’t il acquiert contre tout agressions ou pratiques menaçant son intégrité et la sécurité de son environnement.

The right in respect to the environment goes beyond the mere protection of human health, to cover all that relates to ensuring the life of the person as a possessor of a right within suitable environmental conditions, which allow him to open up to the world around him and ensure his dignity and well-being. That is as most of the legal and regulatory rules related to the area of environmental protection, accompanied by their international and national dimensions, reflect the extent of the true reality of their vital connection and concern with the possessor of the right, in respect to the environment. That is through the legal status that he enjoys upon the level of rules and constitutional texts related to the protection and management of the environmental field. Not to mention the privileges afforded to him in relation to confronting all assaults and practices which threaten his security and the well-being of the environment
