تهدف الدراسة إلى تقويم نظم الاتصالات الإدارية بالاتحاد الكويتي للكرة الطائرة، وأستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي باستخدام الأسلوب المسحي، وقد تم اختيار عينة البحث بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع البحث من أعضاء مجلس إدارة الاتحاد ورؤساء لجان الاتحاد ومديري الإدارات بالاتحاد ورؤساء الأندية الرياضية التي تمثل الجمعية العمومية للاتحاد والأجهزة الفنية للمنتخبات الوطنية للكرة الطائرة، وقد بلغ عدد عينة البحث الكلية عدد ١٢٣ فرد، حيث بلغ عدد عينة البحث الاستطلاعية عدد ٠ ٣ فرد، وبلغ عدد عينة البحث الأساسية عدد 94 فرد، ولدمج البيانات قام الباحث بتصميم استمارة استبيان عن تقويم نظم الاتصالات الإدارية بالاتحاد الكويتي للكرة الطائرة متبعا في ذلك خطوات بناء الاستبيان وفقا لقواعد البحث العلمي ومن أهم النتائج أن مفهوم الاتصالات الإدارية بالاتحاد الكويتي للكرة الطائرة واضح لدى العاملين على الاتصالات الإدارية بالاتحاد ولابد من الالتزام بالاتصالات الإدارية لتطوير أداء مجلس إدارة الاتحاد الكويتي للكرة الطائرة، والاتصالات الإدارية بالاتحاد الكويتي للكرة يساعد في نمو وتطوير الاتحاد، والاتصالات الإدارية بالاتحاد الكويتي للكرة الطائرة تزيد من معرفه دور العمل وتوجيه الجهد الجماعي.
