تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلي التعرف علي طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي والسلوك القيادي لدي مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة أسوان، كما أنها تهدف إلي دراسة أثر المتغيرات الديموجرافية، العمر، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة الإدارية، الدورات التدريبية علي الذكاء الانفعالي والسلوك القيادي لدي مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة أسوان وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (89) مديرا من مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة أسوان وتكونت أدوات الدراسة من مقياس الذكاء الوجداني (إعداد فاروق السيد عثمان، محمد عبدالسميع رزق (1998) مقياس السلوك القيادي (إعداد الباحثة). وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلي وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة وموجبة بين الذكاء الانفعالي والسلوك القيادي بأبعاده المختلفة لدي مديري المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة أسوان كما وجدت الدراسة فروقا دالة إحصائيا في الذكاء الوجداني لدي مديري المدارس تعزي لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة في الإدارة) لصالح ذوي المؤهل والخبرة الأعلى كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق في الذكاء الوجداني لدي مديري المدارس وفقا لمتغيري العمر والدورات التدريبية كما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في السلوك القيادي لدي مديري المدارس الثانوية وفقا لمتغير (العمر، عدد سنوات الخبرة في الإدارة، الدورات التدريبية) لصالح ذوي العمر الأعلى والخبرة والتدريب الأكثر بينما أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود فروق في السلوك القيادي لدي مديري المدارس الثانوية تعزي لمتغير المؤهل العلمي.
The current study aimed to detect the nature the relationship between emotional Intelligence and leading behavior with secondary schools principals in Aswan. lt also aims at identifying the effect of some demographical variables (Age- qualified scientific- number of years of experience in management- number of training courses) on emotional Intelligence and leading behavior with secondary schools principals in Aswan. The sample consisted of (89) Secondary Schools Principals in Aswan. The study tools consisted of the scale of emotional Intelligence prepared by osman and Rizk (1998), the scale of leading Behavior prepared by the researcher. There is a positive correlation between emotional Intelligence with its different dimensions and leading behavior e with secondary schools principals in Aswan. There are statistically significant differences of emotional Intelligence with secondary schools principals in Aswan, and that is due to the differences of qualified scientific and number of years of experience in management. There are no statistically significant differences of emotional Intelligence with secondary schools principals in Aswan, according to the differences of age and number of training courses. There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses made by members of the sample study regarding leading behavior for secondary schools principals in Aswan, in accordance with age difference, number of years of experience in management, and number of training courses, is significant differences between those who are older and with more experience and training and between those who are younger and with less experience and training. There are no statistically significant differences in leading behavior secondary schools principals in Aswan according to the differences of qualified scientific.
