| 520 | |b Knowledge Management System refers to a system for managing knowledge in institutions for supporting creation, capture, storage and dissemination of information. It can comprise a part of a Knowledge Management initiative. The idea of a KM system is to enable employees to have ready access to the institution's documented base of facts, sources of information, and solutions. This system enabled China to make public administration more efficient and transparent. It can also provide citizens with direct access to public services, improving interactions between officials and citizens, and the government revenues increased during 2003-2012. Finally, China need to support its knowledge management system to help it to face the global crisis which decreased the GDP during 2011 and 2012. | ||
