المستخلص: The goal of this research is to develop effective use of modern strategies in the teaching of the arts visual way the project for the development of the technical side of the students Taif University and research includes the first chapter Introduction This chapter contains three axes of the first axis deals with the general framework of the research problem and the reasons for choosing the researcher her and characterization of specific problem and setting goals for the research hub the second theoretical framework to discuss the third axis frame practical research framework applied and then the second chapter the method of work and sample the preliminary study and research used a descriptive approach and formed the sample (50) of professors and specialists in art institutions and the learning and the Association for culture and Arts and the Saudi Society of Fine Arts and the (124) of the parents of the students and used a questionnaire addressed to a sample of research and research has come to the following conclusions are limited to the causes of non-teaching field of fine arts in a way the project and the design of a proposed strategy for the use of teaching in the field of fine arts in a way the project for the development of the technical side of students then study tools and after the end of a researcher from the preparation of the initial image of the identification of the viewing a group of gentlemen arbitrators and the number (20) tightly so as to ensure the veracity of the questionnaire and suitability for the application by poll their opinions on the following points which is the clarity of instructions questionnaire and determine the adequacy of the ferry to put the resolution and the extent of the distribution of phrases resolution on the axes of the three and the re-formulation of any statements they see as in need to it and the extent of correlation phrases relevant and delete any words they see deleted has been making modifications approved by the gentlemen of the arbitrators both in terms of the formulation of some of the phrases the other has the researcher delete phrases that did not get 80% of the arbitrators minimum of agreement and then show the questionnaire in its final form as previously noted to three axes the number of phrases questionnaire (66) is thus firming resolution in the third chapter of scientific results include the results that have been reached in the research project and the manifestation of the results through the results of the study and then discuss the results of the study and tables (1 -6) and then identify the percentages of answers arbitrators from experts Art Education and Fine Arts and culture and Arts Society and the Saudi Society for Fine Arts and find out their views on the degree of teaching fine arts in a way the project for the development of the technical side and through questionnaires that were distributed to the experts the study to draw statistical results for this search and that is by answering them out filming coefficient arts and art galleries that are teaching the field of Fine Arts with in order to find out to what extent can the teaching field of fine arts in a way the project for validation of hypotheses the researcher to choose the statistical results of the questionnaire and then analyze and discuss the results of the field study and for each category of the categories and then the fourth quarter of scholarly debate and ensure scientific debate of the results in light of the objectives set out in the research project, the current and the results of previous studies in the field of research and compare what has been accomplished the tasks planned in the project and the discussion dealt with the research project the current strategy proposed for the teaching field of fine arts in a way the project for the development of side technical students at the University of Taif has necessitated it to prepare a questionnaire to confine the causes and help non-use of teaching in the field of fine arts in a way the project for the development of the technical side and then put the appropriate strategy to work out in the framework of the research project the current applied to the sample search this resolution and I Azfar research project current results are summarized in the following there are many reasons, including university contribute effectively in the non-use of teaching in the field of fine arts in a way the project and contribute to the curriculum also largely for lack of presence within the plans the curriculum and contribute to families not to visit the students of the coefficient of art and art galleries, museums, and indicates the current project through its findings to the important thing is that the non-use of various forms of teaching in dire need of many of the programs and strategies that are appointed by the lifting of teaching students the field of fine arts in a way the project for the development of the technical side.
