|b This Study aimed at illustrating the Influence of the social and economical Situations on the educational planning process through shedding light on the social and economical reality and deducing its effect on the social and economical Situations on the educational planning process and applying on pre-university education planning process. The study used the descriptive method. The study came into some results as: the educational planning process is influenced by the social context which is based on the nature of the educational system and its role in achieving the social development. The pre-university education planning process also is separated from reality. It came according to some external pressures that don't cope with societal needs. Moreover, it isn't comprehensive and incoherent although there is a big difference in terms of the achieving objectives & available humane, material and financial possibilities.

|a هدف البحث إلى دراسة تأثير الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية على عملية التخطيط التربوي من خلال: إلقاء الضوء على واقع هذه الأوضاع، واستنتاج تأثيرها على عملية التخطيط التربوي مع التطبيق على عملية تخطيط التعليم ما قبل الجامعي. واستخدم المنهج الوصفي. وتوصل إلى عدة نتائج منها: أن عملية التخطيط التربوي تتأثر بالسياق المجتمعي الذي تعمل فيه، والذي يحدد في الأساس طبيعة النظام التعليمي ودوره في تحقيق التنمية المجتمعية. بالإضافة إلى أن عملية تخطيط التعليم قبل الجامعي جاءت منفصلة عن الواقع، واستجابة لضغوط خارجية لا تتناسب مع الاحتياجات المجتمعية، كما اتصفت بأنها غير شاملة، مع وجود فارق كبير من حيث الأهداف المراد تحقيقها والإمكانيات البشرية والمادية والمالية المتاحة.
