المستخلص: The present study aims to: identify the relationship between the Attitude towards modernization and the personal traits (leadership - Resilience - Responsibility - and Locus of control) of secondary school teachers . -The Study Sample Consists Of (100) Teacher Of Secondary School Teachers. Tools: 1. Attitude Towards Modernization Scale (The Researcher) 2. Leadership Scale (The Researcher) 3. Resilience Scale (The Researcher) Results: (The results refere to) -There is a statistically significant positive relationship between Attitude Towards Modernization and Leadership . -There is a statistically significant positive relationship between Attitude Towards Modernization and Resilience. -There were not a statistically significant differences in Attitude Towards Modernization between male and female. -There were not a statistically significant differences in Leadership between male and female . -There were a statistically significant differences in Resilience between male and female for male . -There were not a statistically significant differences in experiences affect between male and female on the study variables.
