المستخلص: قد شهد العالم تقدما ملحوظا في تطور المعرفة والعلوم والتكنولوجيا في السنوات الأخيرة، وقد دفع ذلك الدول إلى استحداث العديد من مصادر وطرق وأساليب التعليم والتعلم لمسايرة هذا التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي. فظهرت الحاجة إلى استخدام شبكة الانترنت. وجاءت الخطوة التالية التي يقتم التطلع إليها مع تنوع الخدمات التي تقدم على شبكة الانترنت، وهي استخدام المقررات الإلكترونية، وذلك لتوفير المناخ التربوي الفعال مما يساعد على إثارة اهتمام الطلاب وتحفيزهم على التعلم. فالمقرر الإلكتروني مفتوح طوال ساعات اليوم، حيث يستطيع الطالب الدخول إليه في أي وقت ومن أي مكان وبتكاليف أقل، كما يمكن للطالب أن يتواصل مع المعلم ومع غيره من الطلاب. فجاء هذا البحث متمشيا مع التطور العلمي الحديث والاستفادة من التطور التكنولوجي متمثلا في التعلم الإلكتروني، والاتجاهات العالمية التي تؤكد على أهميته في التعليم، فيهدف هذا البحث إلى تقديم نموذج لكيفية تصميم مقرر إلكتروني تعليمي في مبادئ التدريس للنشر على شبكة المعلومات الدولية "الانترنت" لطلاب شعبة التربية الفنية. فتمثلت أدوات البحث في استمارة تحكيم المحتوى العلمي لمقرر مطلوب تحويله إلى صورة إلكترونية والصادرة من المركز القومي للتعليم الإلكتروني بالمجلي الأعلى للجامعات (NELC) حيث قام بتحكيم محتوى المقرر (مناظرته بمدى توافر عناصر استمارة التقييم) اثنان من الأساتذة أعضاء هيئة تدريس متخصصين في مناهج وطرق تدريس التربية الفنية من جامعات أخرى. وأسفرت نتائج التحكيم عن توصيات السادة المحكمين بقبول المقرر وملاءمته للتحويل للصورة الإلكترونية.

The world has witnessed remarkable progress in the development of knowledge, science and technology in recent years, has led the States to develop many of the sources, methods and techniques of teaching and learning to cope with this scientific and technological progress. Which showed the need to use the Internet. The move came following that are looking forward to it with the diversity of services offered on the Internet, they use e-courses, and to provide effective educational climate which helps to raise the interest of students and motivate them to learn. The decision-mail open all hours of the day, where students can access it at any time and from anywhere, and costs less, and students can communicate with the teacher and with other students. He came of this research in line with the development of modem scientific and take advantage of technological development are represented in the e-learning, and global trends, which stresses the importance of education, aims of this research to provide a model for how to design an online course education in the principles of teaching for publication on the Internet "The Internet" for students Division of Art Education. One was research tools in the form arbitration scientific content of the decision to be converted to electronic form and by the National Centre for e-learning Palmgele Top of Universities (NELC), where he judged the content of the decision (his debate to the availability of the elements of evaluation form) two professors faculty specialists in the curriculum and methods of teaching art education from other universities. And results of arbitration to accept the recommendations of the gentlemen of the arbitrators decision and its suitability for conversion to electronic files.
