المستخلص: The Balanced Scorecard is a performance management model. The structural equation methods are employed in quantitative research in order to test models of causality, incorporating several latent variables. Partial Least Squares approach (PLS) is a method of estimating structural models based on variance, applied in this empirical study, which aims to know the signification degree between the variables of Balanced Scorecard.

Le Balanced Scorecard est un modèle de pilotage de la performance. Les méthodes d’équations structurelles sont employées dans la recherche quantitative afin de tester des modèles de causalité incorporant plusieurs variables latentes. L’approche Partial Least Squares (PLS) est une méthode d’estimation des modèles structurels basée sur la variance, appliquée dans cette étude empirique, qui consiste à connaitre le degré de signification entre les variables du Balanced Scorecard.
