ارتبط التدريب المثمر بزيادة الجودة والإتقان واكتساب المعلومة بشكل سريع، ويعمل على نقل الخبرات بطريقة ممتعة، وهو وسيلة نافعة وفاعلة ومؤثرة في أوساط المتدربين من أقدم العصور. وبناءً عليه، فقد حرصت الأمة المسلمة –عبر العصور –على تدريب أفرادها في شتى الفنون والمجالات، بما يتفق مع ثوابتها أو يخالفها، بدون نقد أو تمحيص لهدف التدريب أو المغزى منه أو الطريقة والأسلوب الذي وصل به، وقد تطرقت الدراسة الحالية إلى مجموعة من الركائز المهمة المرتبطة بعملية التدريب والإسهام في تأصيلها، ومنها: أولاً: البيئة الداعمة للتدريب. ثانياً: التواصل الفعال. ثالثاً: التكرار والمتابعة. رابعاً: توظيف لغة الجسم. خامساً: الاستفادة من الخبرات المتاحة. سادساً: الممارسة والتطبيق العملي. سابعاً: توظيف الوسائل التعليمية. وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الوثائقي والمنهج الاستنباطي، ومن أبرز نتائج الدراسة: يبق القرآن الكريم والسنه النبوية مصدرين للإفادة منها في كل المجالات والعصور. اعتمد رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وسلم) على التدريب كوسيلة مؤثرة، أسهمت في تعزيز توجيهاته المباركة، وتطبيقها في واقع حياة الصحابة رضي الله عنهم، ومن بعدهم من المسلمين إلى قيام الساعة. التدريب من أهم المجالات التي يجيب أن تهتم بها جهود المشتغلين بالتأصيل الإسلامي، لأهمية هذا المجال، وكذلك تعدد الشواهد التي تدعمه من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية. التوصيات: ضرورة عقد مؤتمرات متخصصة لمناقشة موضوع: تأصيل التدريب، مشاركة الجهات المختصة بالتدريب في العالم الإسلامي. تعزيز التدريب في المؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة، وربطة بكل ما يقربه من الكتاب والسنة المطهرة. تشكيل مؤسسات عليمة بحثية إسلامية للإشراف على جهود التأصيل الإسلامي للعلوم وتصنيفها حسب العلم والمجال الذي تخدمه، بقصد التخصص والتراكمية العلمية وعدم هدر الجهود المبذولة سابقاً.
Fruitful training is linked with an increase of quality, perfection and acquiring the information rapidly, and transfers experience in a fun way, it is useful, active and influential way among the trainees since a very longue time. According to that, the Muslim nation has been keen through the centuries to train its members in various arts and areas, with whatever is compatible with its principles or against them, without criticism or scrutiny of the training goal, its objective or the manner and method by which it reached the result. The current study addressed a range of important pillars associated with the training process and contributing to root them, such as: 1. Enabling environment for training. 2. Effective communication. 3. Re-emphasizing and follow-up. 4. Use of body language. 5. Taking advantage of available expertise. 6. Practice and practical application. 7. Use of teaching resources. We used the descriptive, documentary method and the deductive approach, the substantial result of the study was as follows: 1. The Holy Quran and Sunnah are two main sources for reference and this valid for all areas of training and in all time. 2.The Messenger of Allah relied on training as an influencing means, which contributed to strengthen his blessed guidance, and applied in real life of his companions, Allah bless them, and then upon on Muslims till the day of judgment. 3. Training of the most important area that should be of interest the efforts of practitioners for Islamic rooting, because of its importance in this field, as well as the multiple evidences that support if from Quran and Sunnah. Recommendations: It is necessary to organize conferences to discuss the topic: rooting training, with the participation of competent authorities in the Islamic world. Consolidation of training in both government and private institutions, and link it with everything that brings it closer to Quran and Sunnah. Create scientific institutions for Islamic research to supervise the efforts for rooting sciences and classify them according to the science and the sector it serves, with the purpose to specialise and scientific cumulation and never waste the efforts made before in this respect.
