إن مبدأ النقض يعد مبدأ أصولياً في النحو العربي، إذ استعمله النحاة بشكل واضح وعلى نطاق واسع، فهو أداة من أدوات النقد النحوي، التي يستعان بها لإصدار الأحكام النحوية الصحيحة من جهة، وإبطال الآراء والأحكام المنحرفة أو الشاذة عن سمت الكلام العربي الفصيح من جهة أخرى. وتبرز الأهمية الكبرى لهذا البحث في كونه يتناول موضوعاً ندر توجيه الضوء إليه بالتحديد، على الرغم من أهميته القصوى، ولقد تم في هذا البحث توضيح مفهوم النقض النحوي بداية، والمواضع التي استعمل فيها النحاة هذا المبدأ، وكيفية توظيفهم له في تلك المواضع، وقد خلص إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها: أن إعمال مفهوم النقض أسهم في تقوية الحكم النحوي، وبيان وجاهته، كما ويعد بوابة لتمحيص آراء النحاة حول بعض القضايا المتعلقة باللسان العربي.
This research paper is titled “Cassation in Arabic Grammar.” Cassation’s significance is clear: it is one of the fundamental principles of Arabic grammar. Grammarians use Cassation explicitly and widely, most notably as a method of grammatical critiquing; it assists when making judgments about grammaticality, the correct usage of language, demonstrating the true quality of the Arabic language, and to negate poorly formed and, often misleading, opinions about the language. This research into Cassation is, to the researcher’s knowledge, the first of its kind. It intends to identify the concepts behind grammatical Cassation, in what aspects of the Arabic language the concepts are deployed, how they are used and to what effect. From this research, the paper has concluded that the realization of the Cassation concept contributes to the enhancement and strengthening of the grammatical rules in the Arabic language, and has led to the reevaluation of some views about the Arabic language held by Arabic grammarians.
