|f This humble research dealt with the twenty-five controversial issues between Imam Al-Shawkani in his book Al-Ghamam and Prince Al-Hussain Bin Badr Al-Din in his book Al-Awam, in the book of purity.\n- showing the opinions of the scholars studying the matters and illustrating the preferred one \n- attributing the scholars sayings to its original sources of the doctrine books \n- Translation of the first saying of the scholars and the references as well .\n- The sayings of the four imams and the other scholars in every controversial issue between the Shawkani and Al-Hussain.\n- showing the preferred in every matters with the probability evidences in most matters as much as possible.\n- Formulation of jurisprudential issues in simplified poetic forms that can be understood and kept easily .\n- The research also included an introduction and a conclusion.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|a تناول هذا البحث المتواضع نظماً شعرياً لخمسة وعشرين مسألة خلافية بين الإمام الشوكاني في كتابه وبل الغمام والأمير الحسين بن بدر الدين في كتابه شفاء الأوام، في كتاب الطهارة. \\ - بيان آراء علماء المذاهب في المسائل وبيان الراجح. \\ - عزوا أقوال العلماء إلى مصادرها الأصلية من كتب المذاهب. \\ - الترجمة للعلماء عند أول ذكر لهم وكذلك المراجع. \\ - أقوال أئمة المذاهب الأربعة وغيرهم من العلماء في كل مسألة خلافية بين الشوكاني والحسين. \\ - بيان الراجح في كل مسألة من المسائل مع أدلة الترجيح في أغلب المسائل قدر الإمكان. \\ - صياغة المسائل الفقهية في قوالب شعرية مبسطة يسهل فهمها وحفظها. \\ - كما اشتمل البحث أيضاً على مقدمة وخاتمة.
