In the current work context marked by the resurgence of the interest in the human factor and the emergence of new forms of expression, managers are forced to constantly adapt to new communicational constraints. They are trying to rebuild most influential especially expressive nonverbal communication. The objective of this article is to provide an answer to a crucial question: nonverbal communication managers it is a specific skill that they must possess and develop? We show that nonverbal communication has become a lever to increase its capacity to perceive and influence. We will succinctly focus on the repertoire of non-verbal communication as a social practice professionalized and stereotypical rich but at the same time providing opportunities for creativity in managers and aplurality of readings calling new meanings associated with those standardized. |
