This research aims to highlight one of the most modern methods the production management, which is the " agile manufacturing method". This research aims to review the various forms of the waste which the institution may face during the production process. The descriptive approach adopted by the study showed the effective role played by agile manufacturing method in eliminating wastes in the institution through a set of mechanisms and tools that underpin this philosophy. This approach in an organization requires the provision of a set of basic requirements for the full implementation of the method, especially: the overall commitment of management to providing all the necessary resources, a training policy based on the principle of multiple skills, as well as changing the culture of the organization to encourage Initiative and the principle of participation in solving productive problems. This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على أحد أهم الأساليب الحديثة لتسيير الإنتاج وهو "أسلوب التصنيع الرشيق" ويستعرض مختلف أشكال الهدر التي قد تواجه المؤسسة خلال العملية الإنتاجية. ومن خلال المنهج الوصفي الذي اعتمدت عليه الدراسة فقد تم تبيان الدور الفعال الذي يلعبه أسلوب التصنيع الرشيق في القضاء على الهدر والفاقد في المؤسسة وذلك من خلال مجموعة من الآليات والأدوات التي ترتكز عليها هذه الفلسفة. إن انتهاج هذا الأسلوب في مؤسسة ما يقتضي توفير مجموعة من المتطلبات الأساسية اللازمة للتطبيق الكامل للأسلوب لاسيما: الالتزام الكلي للإدارة بتوفير كل الإمكانيات الضرورية، وانتهاج سياسة تدريبية مبنية على مبدأ تعدد المهارات، بالإضافة إلى تغيير ثقافة المؤسسة نحو تشجيع المبادرة ومبدأ المشاركة في حل المشاكل الإنتاجية. Cette étude expose une des méthodes les plus récentes dans la gestion de la production dont, « le lean management ». elle définit les déférentes formes de gaspillage auxquelles sont confrontées l’entreprise au cours du processus de la production, et selon l’approche descriptive on a montré que le « lean management » joue un rôle efficace dans l’élimination de gaspillage dans l’entreprise et cela à travers un ensemble de mécanismes et d’outils qui sont le fondement de cette méthode. La mise en œuvre de cette méthode dans une entreprise nécessite la disponibilité d’un ensemble d’exigences requises pour la bonne application, en particulier : l’engagement total de la direction générale, l’adoption d’une politique de formation basée sur la multiplicité des compétences, et surtout le changement de la culture de l’entreprise vers l’encouragement d’avoir l’esprit de l’initiative et la participation à la résolution des problèmes de production. |
