|d Les hôpitaux sont devenus des systèmes extrêmement complexes et confrontés à de très fortes évolutions qui leur imposent de mieux une meilleure maitrise de leur performance. Dans ce contexte le contrôle de gestion est un élément important de la stratégie, car il est générateur d’un processus d’amélioration pour toutes les organisations. Dans les hôpitaux, le contrôle de gestion est associé à une démarche de calcul et de maitrise des coûts, mais également à une démarche qualité afin d’inciter les acteurs à exécuter des activités contribuant aux objectifs de l’organisation.

|f Hospitals have become very complex systems facing very large developments, which imposes better control over their performance. In the context, management control is an important element of the strategy as a generator of the improvement path for all institutions. Management control in hospitals is linked to the calculation and control of costs.
