المستخلص: This research is a clinical study that aims to identify the various factors that affect the construction of personality, as well as the type of attachment of children of unknown parentage, who have been placed in families through foster care. To accomplish that, we conducted research on 10 children between the ages of 8 and 18. To collect data, we first conducted clinical interviews with children accompanied by one guardian. In the second phase, we applied a measure to assess child attachment trends and behaviors of Randolph, E CAABS.
The results obtained show that the structure of personality and the bonds of attachment in the family, in relation to the research sample, are influenced by the various elements that have composed their history, including: Abandonment of the child, the secret of custody, custody and non-affiliation with foster families.

Cette recherche est une étude clinique visant à identifier les différents facteurs pouvant influencer la construction de la personnalité, ainsi que la qualité d’attachement chez les enfants Algériens nés sous X, recueillis légalement dans des familles kafils. Pour cela nous avons mené une enquête qui a concerné 10 enfants âgés entre 8et 18ans. Nous avons procédé au recueil des données, dans un premier lieu, par l’entretien clinique auprès des enfants et l’un des parents, dans un second lieu, par une échelle d’évaluation Child Attachment Attitudes and Behaviors Scales, de Randolph, E. Les résultat montrent que la construction de la personnalité,et les liens d’attachement aux seins de la famille chez nos dix sujets d’étude semblent être influencés par différents éléments qui composent leur histoire:
l’abandon, le secret de la Kafala, et la non affiliation à la famille kafile.

هذا البحث عبارة عن دراسة اكلينيكية، تهدف الى تحديد مختلف العوامل التي تؤثر في بناء الشخصية، وكذلك نوعية التعلق عند الأطفال مجهولي النسب، الذين تم وضعهم في عائلات عن طريق الكفالة. من اجل ذلك قمنا ببحث اختص بــــ 10 أطفال تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 8 و 18 سنة. لجمع المعطيات قمنا كمرحلة أولى بمقابلات إكلينكية مع الأطفال ومعه واحد الأولياء وكمرحلة ثانية قمنا بتطبيق مقياس للتقييم اتجاهات التعلق و السلوكيات عند الطفل لــــ Randolph, E CAABS.
النتائج المتحصل عليها بينت أن بناء الشخصية وروابط التعلق في العائلة لدى عينة البحث تتأثر بمختلف العناصر التي تكون تاريخهم: التخلي عن الطفل، سر الكفالة، الكفالة، وعدم الانتساب للأسر الكفيلة.
