المستخلص: تعد الطفولة من مراحل الحياة المهمة في بناء شخصية الفرد وفيها يكتسب الأطفال أهم الخبرات. ويعد توفير مستلزمات النمو السليم من الأمور التي تساعدهم في تحقيق طفولة مستقرة وسوية ويعد العنف من المؤشرات التي يمكن أن تحدد مدى سواء الشخصية أو مرضها. فالعوامل الاجتماعية كالظروف التي عاشها المجتمع العراقي وما زال خلال الأزمات المتتالية من حروب وانفجارات وتهجير وأن هذه الأحداث قد تؤدي إلى تغيرات في السلوك الاجتماعي للأفراد وربما تساهم في انتشار ظاهرة العنف في المجتمع العراقي وملاحظته بأشكاله المختلفة في (البيت، المدرسة، والشارع، والعمل) لذلك كان من الطبيعي أن يكون الطفل أول المتأثرين بهذه الموجات من العنف لأسباب كثيرة تتعلق بمرحلتهم العمرية الصغيرة وحب الأطفال لتقليد الكبار وملاحظة تصرفاتهم وبالأخص الوالدين لذلك يجب الانتباه لسلوكياتهم لأثرها على شخصية الطفل وتوافقه النفسي الاجتماعي داخل الأسرة والمجتمع. ومما سبق يمكن أن نلخص مشكلة البحث الحالي بالسؤال التالي: - -هل التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي له علاقة بظاهرة العنف لدى أطفال ما قبل المدرسة؟ ومن خلال ما تقدم يمكن أن تنطلق أهمية البحث من الأمور التالية. -يعد البحث الحالي (في حدود علم الباحثة) الذي تناول دراسة العنف لكونه يسبب ضررا كبيرا على الفرد والمجتمع لما له من أثار خطيرة على البنية النفسية الاجتماعية للفرد. وعلى بنية الأسرة والمجتمع. -تناول مرحلة هامة في حياة الفرد. وهي مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة فاذا استطعنا بناءها بناءً سويا دون أزمات سينعكس ذلك على استقراره الداخلي وتوافقه النفسي الاجتماعي في المراحل القادمة. -يعد البحث الحالي (في حدود علم الباحثة) المحاولة الأولى التي تناولت دراسة التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي وعلاقته بظاهرة العنف في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة. وقد هدف البحث الحالي إلى: - -قياس التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى أطفال مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة. -قياس ظاهرة العنف لدى أطفال مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة. -العلاقة الارتباطية بين ظاهرة العنف والتوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لدى أطفال ما قبل المدرسة ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث تم تبني مقياس التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي الذي أعده من قبل (الجنابي عام ٢٠٠٢) ومقياس العنف الذي أعده من قبل (الجنابي عام ٢٠٠٩) حيث تم تطبيق المقياسيين على عينة من الأطفال بعمر (4-٦) سنوات حيث بلغ حجمها (٢٠٠) طفل وطفلة بعد استخراج الصدق والثبات لهما. وعند القيام بتحليل البيانات من خلال إجابات المعلمات تم التوصل إلى: - -أن أطفال مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة يعانون من سوء في توافقهم النفسي الاجتماعي. -أن الأطفال مرحلة ما قبل المدرسة يعانون من ظاهرة العنف فيما بينهم. -هناك علاقة ارتباطية عكسية سالبة بين التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي وبين ظاهرة العنف لدى عينة البحث وأسنادا لهذه النتائج وضعت الباحثة عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات يمكن الاستفادة منها من قبل المؤسسات التربوية والمجتمعية.

From the above it can sum up the problem of the current search the following question:- - Is the psychological and social compatibility has to do with the phenomenon of violence among pre-school children? Through the above, it can be released importance of research of the following things. -The current research (within the knowledge of researcher), which dealt with the study of violence for being cause great harm to the individual and society because of its raised serious psychological and social structure of the individual. And on the structure of the family and the community... -it studies an important stage in the life of the individual .oha early childhood if we can build upon together without crises will be reflected on the internal stability and compatibility psychosocial in the next stages -The current research (within the knowledge of researcher) researcher), the first attempt, which dealt with the study of the psychological and social compatibility and its relationship to the phenomenon of violence in early childhood. The current research aimed to: - The children pre-school psycho-social compatibility scale. -Measurement of the phenomenon of violence among children, pre-school -Correlation between the phenomenon of violence and psycho-social compatibility with pre-school children In order to achieve the objectives of the research were adopted psychosocial compatibility measure, prepared by (al-Janabi in 2002) and the scale of violence, prepared by Hayali 2009) where the messes been applied on a sample of children aged 4-6 years, reaching its size (200 ) boy and girl after extracting the validity and reliability of the two. In doing data analysis through answers, parameters were reached: - - That the children of pre-school malnourished in the psychological and social well for them. - That children of pre-school stage suffer from the phenomenon of violence among them. - There is an inverse correlation between the negative psychological and social harmony between the phenomenons of violence among a sample search relationship. The backing of these results and the researcher developed a number of recommendations and suggestions can be used by educational and community institutions.
