المستخلص: Le balcon dans le milieu urbain peut refléter beaucoup de problèmes vécu dans l’espace multidimensionnel, il constitue un parfait point d’impact entre les intérêts privés et les intérêts publics et une mince frontière entre l’extérieur publics et l’intérieur privé. L’étude sociologique du balcon dans sa dimension ménagère et urbaine et sa dimension culturelles et économique et avec ses importantes caractéristiques spatiales et fonctionnelles, peut éclaircir s’il y a des disfonctionnements dans la gestion urbaine d’un côté et aussi les réactions publiques faces à cette gestion.

The balcony in the urban environment reflects a host of living problems in multidimensional spaces. It then constitutes a perfect impact point between private interests and public ones as well as a thin boundary that marks the outside public and the inside private. The sociological study of balconies pays special attention to their domestic and urban dimensions, on one hand, and the cultural and economic ones, on the other. Given their important spatial and functional characteristics, investigating balconies is likely to reveal the existence of some malfunctions in the urban management and public reactions to them.

من أجل الحصول على فضاء تلتقي فيه جملة من المصالح المؤسساتية والشعبية وكذا المصالح العامة والخاصة والمشتركة، اخترنا الشرفة لكونها تمثل هذا الفضاء على أحسن وجه. ففيها يحدث تصادم القيم الاجتماعية مع القوانين المؤسساتية فيترك مخلفات ظاهرة. وأخرى خفية لا تظهر إلا في حالة ما استخدمنا معايير علمية للكشف عن هذه المخلفات. الدراسة السوسيولوجية في بعدها المنزلي وبعدها الحضري قادرة على الاقتراب من هذه المسألة لتسليط الضوء على الأشياء التي تحدث في فضاء الشرفة وإعطاءها أبعادها المورفولوجية استنادا على العاملين الاقتصادي والثقافي. سنحاول الكشف عن خبايا هذه التصادمات وما إذا كان هناك خلل وضيفي في التسيير الحضري وما يصاحبه من ردود أفعال من قبل قوى المجتمع المتمثلة في وحدة رد فعل أفراده دون الحاجة للاتفاق على ذلك.
