|a يتعلق هذا البحت، بدراسة مدى نجاح الاندماج بين شركة تأمين مربحة، وشركة تأمين أخرى خاسرة، من بين شركات التأمين التعاوني العاملة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، عن طريق قياس ربحية أو خسارة السهم لشركة التأمين المدمجة الجديدة، باستخدام أسلوب تحليل المسار، كأحد أساليب نمذجة المعادلة البنائية، حيث يتناسب هذا النوع من التحليل، مع طبيعة البيانات والغرض من هذه الدراسة. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تنمية ربحية أو تخفيض خسائر شركات التأمين التعاوني العاملة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وترشيد ودعم مساندة اتخاذ القرارات المتعلقة باندماج تلك الشركات. وتمثلت أهم نتائج البحث، في تحديد أهم المؤشرات المالية المؤثرة على نجاح عملية الاندماج، وأن هناك عمليات اندماج ناجحة، وأخرى فاشلة.

|b This research is concerned, studying the success of the merger between the insurance company is profitable, and losing another insurance company, among the cooperative insurance companies operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By measuring the profit or loss per share for the new merged insurance company. Path Analysis technique is used as a method of Structural Equation Modeling. Where appropriate for this type of analysis, with the nature of the data and the purpose of this study. The aim of this research is to develop profitable or reduce losses cooperative insurance companies operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. And support decision-making related to the merger of those companies. The most important results of research, to identify the most important financial indicators affecting the success of the integration process, and that there are successful mergers, and failed again.
