هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على طبيعة أشكال المعالجة الصحفية لقضايا الإعاقة وأي الجوانب من قضايا الإعاقة حظت باهتمام الصحف المصرية، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على فئة من فئات الإعاقات (بدنية، سمعية، بصرية، عقلية، صعوبات تعلم، ذاتوية) وأي نوع من حقوق المعاقين تم تغطيتها. تكونت عينة الدراسة من النسخ الإلكترونية لصحف كل (الأهرام واليوم السابع والوفد) أعداد شهور نوفمبر وديسمبر ويناير 2015/2016. واستخدمت الدراسة تحليل المضمون لفحص التساؤلات السابقة، وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أكثر الأشكال الصحفية استخداما على مستوى الصحف الثلاثة هو الخبر يليه المقال ثم التحقيق الصحفي وأخيرا الحوار، كما أكدت الدراسة أن أكثر موضوعات قضايا الإعاقة اهتماما هي الأنشطة الاجتماعية والرياضية ثم المؤتمرات ثم طرق التعلم والدمج وأخيرا الوقاية والعلاج، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن أكثر الإعاقات اهتماما من جانب الصحف المصرية هي الإعاقة البدنية ثم البصرية ثم العقلية ويليها السمعية وأخيرا اضطرابات اللغة الكلام، كما أكدت نتائج الدراسة أن اهتمام الصحف المصرية تركز حول حقوق العمل ثم الحقوق القانونية ثم الاجتماعية ويليها الصحية وأخيرا التأهيل. كما أكدت الدراسة أن مصدر المادة الإعلامية الموجهة لقضايا الإعاقة هو الصحفي ثم أخصائيو الرعاية ويليهم المعلمون ثم الأطباء وأخيرا رجال الدين، في حين أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن اهتمام الصحف بقضايا الإعاقة أكثر أثناء الاحتفاليات العالمية مقارنة بغيرها من الشهور السابقة.
The present study aimed to identify the nature of the forms of journalistic treatment of disability issues and any aspects of the Disability Issues had interests of the Egyptian press, the study aimed also to identify the categories of (Physical, Hearing, visual, Mental, learning, autism) disabilities and any kind of rights of the disabilities has been covered, sample consisted of electronic versions of newspapers (Al-Ahram, AL Youm Alsabee and Al- Wafed) from November and December and January 2015/2016, study used content analysis to examine the previous questions, the results of the study indicated that more journalistic forms commonly used in the three newspapers is News, Essay, article, Finally Report, the study also confirmed that most topics disability issues attention on disability issues is social and sports activities, conferences and finally prevention and treatment, the results indicated that most disabilities attention by the Egyptian press is a Physical disability, Visual, Mental, Hearing finally language speech disorders, the study confirmed that the interest in Egyptian newspapers focused on labor, the legal, and social rights, health finally rehabilitation rights. The study also confirmed that the source of Journalistic information for disability issues is a journalists, Specialists Care, teachers finally doctors, while the study showed that the attention of newspapers disability issues more during the international festivities compared to other previous months
