المستخلص: تبرز هذه الدراسة فعالية ودور التدابير التي اتخذتها الدولة للتشغيل والإدماج المهني لحاملي شهادة التكوين المهني لولاية الجزائر مع التركيز على تحليل مساراتهم النوعية في سوق العمل وذلك اعتمادا على معطيات وبيانات التحقيق الذي قام به مركز الدراسات والبحث حول المهن والتأهيل (CERPEQ) سنة 2014 باستعمال نموذج قياسي "لوجيت متعدد الحدود" للكشف عن المحددات الشخصية الرئيسية للإدماج المهني لهؤلاء الخريجين كالجنس، التخصص، السن، نوع التكوين ومستوى التكوين والتي تسمح لبا بمعرفة مساراتهم المتعدد؛ كل مسار من هذه المسارات يمثل السلوك المتوسط للإدماج الذي سلكه مجموعة من الأشخاص الذين ينتمون إلى العينة المدروسة، والهدف من تحليل مجموع المسارات الفردية هو مقارنة مجموعة طرق الإدماج في سوق العمل التي تتميز بمجموعة متشابكة من الحالات المرتبطة والمعقدة، فهي صعبة التحليل، تنقلات حتمية، تنقلات مرغوبة، شغل مؤقت، بطالة، شغل دائم، بطالة ابتدائية متبوعة بتكوين... الخ

This paper evaluates, from data collected from the survey 2014 of "CERPEQ", the efficiency of public integration measures for young graduates in the city of Algiers, focusing on the analysis between the different courses of these graduates in the labor market. A multinomial logit allow identifying the most penalizing factors in terms of integration. We can know whether it is the predetermined individual characteristics (gender, specialty, age, type of formation ...) explaining mainly the difficulties of insertion, or if it is the near past of the individual, as the repetition episode of unemployment and precarious employment. The typologies course call into question the relevance of public integration measures for these young graduates

Cet article évalue, à partir des données de l’enquête 2014 du «CERPEQ», l’efficacité des mesures publiques d’insertion en faveur des jeunes diplômés de la wilaya d’Alger, en centrant l’analyse sur les différents parcours de ces diplômés sur le marché du travail. Un logit multinomial permet d’identifier les facteurs les plus pénalisants en termes d’insertion. On peut savoir si ce sont les caractéristiques individuel les prédéterminées (genre, spécialité, l’âge, mode de formation…) qui expliquent principalement les difficultés d’insertion, ou si c’est le passé proche de l’individu, comme la répétition d’épisode de chômage et l’emploi précaire. Les typologies de parcours remettent en cause la pertinence des mesures publiques d’insertion en faveur de ces jeunes diplômés.
