مع التطور العلمي وانتشار وسائل تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات في مجال التعليم والبحوث العلمية، كان لابد من وضع نظم استراتيجية للتعليم وتطويره، حيث فرضت وسائل التقنية نفسها كمؤشر لتطور المجتمع، وظهر التعليم المعتمد على الوسائط المتعددة كطريقة استراتيجية لتطوير التعليم ليتوافق مع التطورات العلمية والتقنية، وهذه التقنية تحتاج عند تطبيقها في التعليم إلى تنظيم يرتكز على أسس علمية لضمان تحقيق أهداف التعليم، وتعتبر وسائل وأدوات الوسائط المتعددة مثل Adobe Photoshop and Flash, Corel Drow وكذلك برامج التأليف الإبداعية المتمثلة في Toolbook, Director وغيرها، من أهم البرمجيات التي تم استخدامها في تطوير العملية التعليمية. ولقد تم ذلك اعتمادا على منهجية الهيكل البنائي لتطوير هيكل تعليمي معرفي جديد يتوافق مع كل الاستخدامات المستقبلية المتوقعة وأصبحت العملية التعليمية تعتمد وبشكل قوي على تلك الأدوات الحديثة والمتطورة لنشر وتأليف مواد بأساليب تعليمية حديثة. هذه الورقة تناقش كيفية انتاج مادة تعليمية عن طريق نظم الوسائط المتعددة واستخدامها من قبل الطلاب في جامعة كسلا ومدى قدرتهم على التعامل والتفاعل مع هذه المادة المنتجة بالإضافة إلى كيفية استخدام وسائل وأدوات الوسائط المتعددة في إنتاج مواد تعليمية مختلفة. حيث تم ذلك بالتعاون مع أساتذة متخصصين في محتوى المادة التي يتم إنتاجها. وتم تطبيق هذه الطريقة على عدة حالات دراسية في قسم تقانة المعلومات ومنها على سبيل المثال: مقرر التقنيات الحديثة للمعلومات لطلاب المستوى الثاني. ونظرا لنجاح هذه التجربة يتم تطبيقها الآن على منهج "اللغة الإنجليزية " المستوى الأول. وفي تجربة جديدة يتم تطبيقها على منهج "مقدمة في الحاسوب" لطلاب المستوى الأول في هذه الجامعة. وكل تجربة تمت على مجموعة طلاب يتم تدريبهم على تقنيات الوسائط المتعددة ومن ثم تطبيق مفهوم الوسائط المتعددة لإنتاج المادة التعليمية بالتعاون مع الخبرات التعليمية المطلوبة.

Therefore it was necessary to employ these techniques in the production of educational curricula. And has become the educational process and depends strongly on the modern and sophisticated tools used in publishing and authoring curricula modern educational methods. In this paper we will discuss how to produce educational material via multimedia systems and used by students at the University of Kassala and the extent of their ability to manipulate and interact with the material produced in addition to Multimedia and its use in the production of teaching aids for different levels. Where it has been in collaboration with professors specializing in the content of the material being produced. This method was applied to several case studies in the department of information technology, including, for example: Decision modern techniques of information for students of the second level. Due to the success of this experiment are applied now to the method of "English" first level. In the new experiment is applied to the curriculum, "Introduction to Computer" for the students of the first level in this university.
