المستخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في خلق بيئة ملائمة لتعليم / تعلم اللغة الفرنسية كلغة أجنبية في سياق بعض الجامعات الإقليمية في السودان. يتضمن البحث استخدام منصة للتعلم الإلكتروني لمجموعة من طلاب اللغة الفرنسية في جامعة إقليمية في السودان. يتناول بحثنا استخدام (ITC) في فصل اللغة الفرنسية من أجل تعزيز تعلم هذه اللغة الأجنبية في سياق أقل ملاءمة من ذلك في العاصمة -الخرطوم. يقترح مبدأنا الرئيسي أن تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات يمكن أن تمثل أدوات لتسهيل الوصول إلى المعرفة في بلد شاسع مثل السودان. من أجل إجراء دراستنا، سوف نقوم باستخدام ثلاث مناهج: منهج كمي، ومنهج نوعي، ومنهج ملاحظة. نحن نهدف إلى التعرف على تمثيلات طلابنا الذين تمت مقابلتهم باستخدام تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات في الفصول، بالإضافة إلى أساليب بعض أساتذة اللغة الفرنسية بالجامعات. كما نحاول أيضا مقارنة الطريقة التقليدية لتعليم الفرنسية في بعض الجامعات السودانية الإقليمية فيما يسمى بالتدريس الحديث، وهذا وفقا لوجهات نظر الطلاب الذين تمت مقابلتهم. كُتب هذا المستخلص من قِبل دار المنظومة 2018

Cette étude vise à identifier le rôle des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication (TIC) dans la création d'un environnement favorable pour Venseignement/apprentissage du FLE dans le contexte de certaines universités régionales. La question qui se pose est comment les TIC peuvent contribuer à l'enseignement/apprentissage du FLE. Nous partons du postulat qui dit que les TIC pourraient représenter un outil pour faciliter l'accès aux savoirs dans une perspective de désenclavement du pays, et aussi pour renforcer l'enseignement/apprentissage du FLE pour nos étudiants soudanais en général, et provinciaux en particulier. Pour mener cette recherche, nous avons conduit des entretiens de pré-enquête avec des étudiants et des professeurs de FLE soudanais et distribué un questionnaire à notre population (200 exemplaires).

This study aims to identify the role of Information and Communication Technology (ITC) in creating a favorable environment for teaching/learning French as a foreign language in the context of some regional Universities in Sudan. The research implies using a platform of e-learning for a group of French language students at a regional University in Sudan. Our research deals with the usage of ITC in French language classroom in order to promote the learning of this foreign language in a context which is less favorable than that in the capital - Khartoum. Our principal postulate suggests that ITC could represent tools to facilitate access to knowledge in such a vast country as Sudan. In order to conduct our study, we are going to use three methods: a quantitative method, a qualitative method and an observation method. We aim at identifying our interviewed students' representations vis-a-vis using ITC in the classroom, as well as those of some of French language University Professors. We are also trying to compare the traditional method of teaching French at some regional Sudanese universities with what is called modern teaching; and that is according to the interviewed students' viewpoints.
