المستخلص: Man is a Caliph of Allah whom assgined to prosperous the earth, whom understand the nature of human dignity and glory will keep his privileges as the heir to the prophet and his faith. This study was to examine the level of motivation of the women workers in Malaysia and their Islamic practices, so that the da’i can understand the message of their field duty. The survey data from participants of Seminar held in Kuala Lumpur as a sample source (response rate 67 % ) whom came from various hostel in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melacca , Perak and Penang. Data regarding the practice of Islam derived from 20 questions about the practice of Islam Aqidah , Syariah and Akhlaq. Motivation to learn Islam got from 20 questions obtained from various sources to assess motivation. The results were most of the age are between 20-25 years old. More than half the sample would choose to come to study if there was a favorite ustadz whom gove the speech, The majority of the participants came the attend ceramah to find shalih friends. There was still sample practicing go to shaman when they are sick or had a need, the feel unlucky if somone saw or heard something, practice horoscopes andwear amulets. The majority of practicing routine ibadah such as tahajjud, read dzikir that the Prophet Muhammad saw told, rawatib prayers, fasts, greets fellow Muslims, to pray at the beginning of time, fasting to reduce their desires, even to memorize al Qur 'an juz 30. The high motivation to learn Islam parallel direction of the good practice of Islam.The existence of a significant relationship between motivation to learn Islam and Islamic practices with the Pearson correlation of 0.3 with a P value of < 0.01. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that there needs solution to this problem so that the social problems of the workers can be reduced and it can increase a better knowledge of the workers when they return their home.
