المستخلص: This study dealt with the subject of "Cyber-crime and international efforts to combat it", which is one of the modern crimes of the modern era. These crimes are highly dangerous due to their continuous multiplicity and difficulty in enumerating them. They are also crimes that can be continuously developed because they are closely related to the tremendous technological development that we are witnessing today in the field of computers and the use of the internet in the light of the openness of the world and the revolution of informatics. Therefore, it was necessary to unite countries to combat this new type of crime that no longer is concentrated in a particular country and does not target a particular society but rather crosses the borders of "transnational organized crimes" to inflict damage on many countries and societies, exploiting the great development of modern technological means in communications and transportations. Cyber-crime is already the concessionaire in these damages.
In addition, there is a need for effective international mechanisms to enhance cooperation among States and to take measures to reduce and eliminate it as well as punish its perpetrators.
Therefore, the study aimed to shed light on the basis of this problem and try to find some solutions and recommendations in order to confront and combat these crimes and to work to reduce them and address their resulting impacts.

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع "الجرائم الإلكترونية والجهود الدولية لمكافحتها" والتي تعتبر من الجرائم المستحدثة في العصر الحديث. وهي جرائم شديدة الخطورة نسبة لتعددها المستمر، وصعوبة حصرها، كما أنها جرائم قابلة للتطور المستمر لارتباطها الوثيق بالتطور التقني الهائل الذي نشهده اليوم في مجال الحاسب الآلي واستخدام شبكة الانترنت في ظل انفتاح العالم وثورة المعلوماتية. لذلك كان لابد من تكاتف الدول من أجل مكافحة هذا النوع المستحدث من الجرائم التي لم تعد تتمركز في دولة معينة ولا توجه لمجتمع بعينه بل أصبحت تعبر الحدود "الجرائم المنظمة عبر الوطنية" لتلحق الضرر بعدة دول ومجتمعات مستغلة التطور الكبير للوسائل التقنية الحديثة في الاتصالات والمواصلات وتعد الجريمة الإلكترونية بالفعل صاحبة الامتياز في هذه الأضرار.
كما أن الضرورة تقتضي وجود اليات دولية فعالة لتعزيز التعاون بين الدول واتخاذ تدابير للحد منها والقضاء عليها ومعاقبة مرتكبيها.
لذا هدفت الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على أساس هذه المشكلة ومحاولة إيجاد بعض الحلول والتوصيات في سبيل مواجهة ومكافحة هذه الجرائم والعمل على الحد منها ومعالجة الأثار الناتجة عنها.
