The study dealt with the concepts of anti-corruption, and constitutional control of corruption and mechanisms of this fight, and how to build the political will to confront it, and we talked about the institutional framework of the fight against then independence of the judiciary and its role in the fight against corruption That was the highlight of the serious crime The study concluded that the findings and recommendations, including: 1. The most important results of the corruption that lead to greater corruption and serious economic crimes and the most serious crime of money laundering. 2. The most important recommendations to improve wage levels, incomes and private groups that deal with the public from public officials.
تناولت الدراسة التعريف بجريمة الفساد، تلك الجريمة التي أهتم بها المجتمع الدولي اهتماما كبيرا، وذلك لاستفحال ظاهرة الفساد، فقد نشطت المجهودات الدولية التي تجرم الفساد وتحاربه، وقد شهد المجتمع الدولي اتفاقيات ومعاهدات عديدة وذلك ضمان للقضاء عليه بكافة صوره. وقد تناولت الدراسة مفاهيم مكافحة الفساد، ثم المكافحة الدستورية للفساد وآليات هذه المكافحة وكيفية بناء الإرادة السياسية لمواجهته، وتحدثنا عن الإطار المؤسسي للمكافحة ثم استقلال القضاء ودوره في مكافحة الفساد، وكان ذلك في تسليط الضوء على هذه الجريمة الخطيرة. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج وتوصيات أهمها: .1 من أهم نتائج الفساد أنه يفضي إلي فساد أكبر وجرائم اقتصادية خطيرة ومن أخطرها جريمة غسيل الأموال. 2. من أهم التوصيات تحسين مستويات الأجور والدخول وخاصة للفئات التي تتعامل مع الجمهور من الموظفين العموميين.
