المستخلص: This work highlights the new paradigms and challenges of economic diplomacy by focusing attention primarily on the analysis of constraints and limitations facing it in Morocco, in search of an identity and a specific governance model in order to ensur a continuous risk assessment ; in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and performance. In this case the author puts forward ten reflection tracks that can promote the emergence of a real strategy for economic diplomacy poly-positioned, proactive, transdisciplinary of progress in Morocco.
