المستخلص: This study aimed at identifying the aggressive behavior among the players of collective games in Jordan and its relationship with their personal traits according to the variables of (gender, the type of the game). The study sample was chosen randomly. The study sample consisted of (619) players who are enrolled in sports federations for collective games for the sports season 2013/2014. The study used the descriptive approach with its survey image. In order to achieve the study objective, the researcher used Eysanck Personality scale as well as a questionnaire to measure the aggressive behavior-which was prepared for the purposes of the study- as a tool to collect data. The means, standard deviations, One Way-ANOVA, Scheffe test for post comparisons, as well as Pearson correlation coefficient were used as statistical methods. The study results showed that there are statistically significant differences according to the variable of the type of game on the aggressive behavior of the male players between the handball players and the football and volleyball players in favor of the handball players. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences according to the variable of the type of game on the aggressive behavior of the female players between the volleyball players and the rest of the players and other team sports. The results also revealed that there is no correlation between personality traits and the aggressive behavior among the players. The researcher recommends that it is necessary to motivate the players and encourage them to compete in a fair competition without using violence.

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى السلوك العدواني لدى لاعبي الألعاب الجماعية في الأردن وعلاقة بسماتهم الشخصية تبعا لمتغيرات (الجنس ونوع اللعبة)، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (619) لاعبا ولاعبة من المسجلين في الاتحادات الرياضية للألعاب الجماعية للموسم الرياضي 2013/ 2014م، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بصورته المسحية، لغرض تحقيق الأدوات الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس ايزنك للشخصية واستبانة لقياس السلوك العدواني تم إعدادها لغرض الدراسة كأدوات لجمع البيانات، واستخدمت (المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، تحليل التباين أحادي الاتجاه، واختبار شيفيه لدلالة الفروق ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون) كأساليب إحصائية. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا على السلوك العدواني للاعبين الذكور بين لاعبي كرة اليد ولاعبي كرة القدم وكرة الطائرة ولصالح لاعبي كرة اليد، وكذلك وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا على السلوك العدواني للاعبات كرة الطائرة وبقية لاعبات الألعاب الجماعية الأخرى ولصالح بقية الألعاب، وكذلك عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطيه بين السمات الشخصية والسلوك العدواني للاعبين واللاعبات، ويوصي الباحث ضرورة تحفيز اللاعبين وتشجيعهم على المنافسة الشريفة دون اللجوء إلى العنف.
